Step into history in this charming cottage, originally built in 1929 to serve as the pump house for the original Craftsman home onsite. Features of the original build, such as the vaulted plank ceilings and other unique touches lend an authentic old-Fredericksburg feel to the space. This studio style layout features a Queen bed, a mini kitchen, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and a seating area with dining table and Streaming TV. Outside is a fully fenced, private courtyard with a seating area, private hot tub, and propane fire-pit, perfect for wine and conversation after a day on the town. Plus, pets are welcome at Wash House! You and your furry friend can experience Fredericksburg together at this charming little cottage!

Please note: There is a limit of ONE (1) pet per reservation, not to exceed 25lbs. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet, per night. Please supervise your pet at all times and clean up after them.

Due to the Hill Country location of our rentals, you may encounter wildlife (Snakes, Deer, Raccoons, Squirrels, Possum, Birds (including Hawks), ETC). Please be aware of your surroundings, take caution while driving at night, and supervise your children at all times while they are outdoors. In addition, all properties do utilize pest control services on a regular basis BUT this does not guarantee pests or bugs will not be visible. This includes but is not limited to: ants, snakes, spiders, scorpions, beetles/roaches/water-bugs, mice, or flies.

- Quiet Time is from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am, per City Ordinance
- If we are called due to complaints violating Quiet Time:
1st Offense will result in a $250 fine.
2nd Offense will result in a $500 fine.
If police are called, you are responsible for any fines or fees issued with the citation or warning. If police are called there will be a $500 fine, even if no citation is issued.

So Relaxing!

We loved the property. The house was adorable. Perfect amount of space for my husband and I. Really enjoyed the hot tub. Super close to downtown and just around the corner from a spa. Would definitely stay again!

Wash House - will refresh you when you are tired

We booked the Wash House while visiting friends in the area. I cannot say enough about our hosts (Dwight & Stephanie) and our visit to the Wash House. There are a lot of places to stay but this quaint and beautiful property was relaxing… if you need more room they have a two bedroom/two bath Craftsman in front. Thank you both so much! I came home refreshed and washed all the worries of work away this weekend!
