We loved our stay! The footage was so comfortable and homey and the king size bed was wonderful! We also loved the hot tub and the communication with the owners was amazing! Thank you so much!
We stayed for the Memorial day weekend. The cottage was just at the pictures showed. Super cute and nestled behind another house but you wouldn’t know. It was too hot outside to check out the spa but definitely would’ve it the weather was cooler!

We loved this cabin so much, we’re thinking about booking now for next year! Early May was the perfect time to walk, shop, eat & listen to live music in downtown Fredericksburg. While this place is not within walking distance, driving to Main Street took mere minutes & was just secluded enough to make you feel super cozy & comfortable. The salt water hot tub was a huge bonus! The only drawback was the bed was super firm. We both had a lot of trouble sleeping on the mattress. Even with that, we still give this place 5 stars. We love this place!
Everything thing we wanted. Easy access. Big comfortable bed. Nice bathroom. Enough “kitchen “ for our needs. And nothing we didn’t want (other people )
This cottage was the perfect spot for us! We enjoyed the serenity of the location and the ease of getting to the main areas. Beautiful stay and the accommodations were wonderful.
The property is quaint and offers a decent amount of privacy considering it is on a main road. It is very cute and comfortable. It would be a bit of a walk to downtown, but parking is plentiful and free in Fredericksburg so that isn't much of an issue. Inside the property, space is limited but it is well thought out and doesn't feel cramped. There is a bit of a dip entering the driveway which could cause problems for cars with low clearance. Overall, it was great experience that was over too quickly.
Nice place. The decor was very nice, the shower and other areas were nicely appointed. However, I would not advertise it as a BnB because there is no Breakfast. Not only that, there is no way to make your own breakfast. Just a small mircrowave, a coffeemaker, and some cups, a few paper plates and napkins. BUT, no flatware. Not a plastic fork, spoon or knife in sight. The small refrigerator is desperately in need of a defrost. You can’t fit anything in the freezer compartment. This place is in the heart of the Hill Country Wine scene and not a plastic cup to drink wine in the place. Just coffee cups. The bed needs some serious inspection. There may be a broken or misplaced slat as when someone gets in one side, the other side flips up. We made do and the owner did bring us some plastic ware after we called.
