About this property

New condo on scenic 30A, 1 king bed, 1 bath, living/dining room, kitchen, patio, pool, exercise room, 5 minute walk to 2 beach accesses, bike rental, ice cream & seafood shops and Goatfeathers, Shunk Gulley & Perfect Pig restaurants. .Condo is on the 3rd floor, 2 flights of stairs no elevator. Beach chairs and umbrellas are in the closet on the balcony, no beach towels are provided. We provide an initial set up to get your vacation started: 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and bar soap, on roll of paper towels, mini-Palmolive dish soap, one kitchen sponge, one kitchen hand towel along with two kitchen trash bags. For long stays you will need to provide additional items. Our community does not have electric charging stations for golf carts and/or vehicles.

We have had a great experience hosting our guests and look forward to adding this new, luxury condo so near the beach. We actually spend about half the year in Santa Rosa Beach and will use the condo with family and friends. Thanks for considering our condo for your vacation.

We love the modern, clean looks of this new condo development, Hidden Lakes. It is close to all the things you want for your vacation, especially the beach and restaurants. We also appreciate that the west end of 30A is more laid-back and less traffic. Have fun walking on sunshine!
