About this property

Located 10 min from WEC. This spacious, newly renovated 3/2 home features a gazebo, fire pit and paver patio to relax! Updated, open dining kitchen comes with SSl appliances and lots of cabinet and counter space to cook for the whole family. The master and guest suites are furnished with queen beds, 40" TV and dresser/mirror combos. The third room has a full bed and desk for any office or work needs. Home has a washer and dryer and an extra lot next door for RV or horse trailer parking.

The space
Our home is a full 3 bed 2 bath with a backyard and an open side lot. The backyard has a covered gazebo and fire pit and the lot next door has a hook up for Rv or Trailers.

Guest access
Currently the guests have access to the house, backyard. Our side lot is up for discussion if it meets your needs. The garage/ laundry area is under construction, however the washer/dryer are accessible.

Other things to note
We live in a separate suite next door on a separate lot when we are home . Otherwise, we are normally in our camper traveling the US.
