This is a beautiful and very clean home. Very quiet,serene, safe area and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for our family group and everyone enjoyed their stay. The appliances are very nice. The only issue was the washing machine. It was very loud on a cycle and didn’t wring well a couple of times. Great walking distance to the beach , restaurants and shops. The management company responded very quickly to all questions. We will definitely book this again in the future.

Great trip

The house was so clean and the place was so beautifully decorated! Our family loved how close we were to the beach! Thanks for the wonderful memories! And we loved the ping pong table to add to the family time!

Wonderful House

The house is spacious and tastefully decorated. It’s so bright, airy and immaculate! The location was just a short walk to restaurants, grocery store, boardwalk and of course the beach. Beds were clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay.

Overall, a great place. We felt comfortable and saft. The only issue was the washer. It was loud and when it spins sounded like the house was coming down. You need a new washer... Other than that, I cannot say enough good things about the place and stay! We will be back next year.

Month long stay

Absolutely 1st rate. Transcendental was incredibly attentive and responsive to our questions or needs. The house was exactly as described. Very comfortable, convenient to VB. We would stay again.

Spacious stay by the beach!

This property was exactly as advertised! We most appreciated the spacious rooms and were particularly impressed with the size of the primary suite. The entire house was very clean. We had lots of fun with the ping pong table, and the location was perfect. It was a very short walk to the boardwalk, but it was far enough away to still feel private. I would totally recommend!

Great house

Beautiful house, lots of room for 3 families. Good back yard and the finished garage was a great space for little ones to run off some energy. A few short blocks to the beach, no problem pulling our wagons. The driveway is very small and the neighbors hindered our parking ability at times but that’s the only negative thing I could say about this great vacation rental. We loved it!

Very clean, conveniently located stay which made for a very walkable and enjoyable experience in Virginia Beach. The amount of stairs within the property ended up being a lot more exhausting than I think our party had realized it would be, especially after the daytime activities. There were a couple small maintenance issues we noticed and alerted the host which I will say the management team was extremely communicative and helpful about everything. Outside of those two things, we really did enjoy the layout and amenities available at this spot.
