Thank you for checking out our waterfront rental.ca cabin as your home away from home on your vacation. This dream home on the Sunshine Coast, I figured why not share the luxury with everyone else? The artist is reflected in this creation, moreover the overall aura and design is something that has been admired by past renters. Some say that it's like being in a luxury shanty hut in the forest, accompanied by the beautiful lamb bay.
This beautiful west coast log home comes fully furnished with all amenities. With 3 bedrooms , 5 queen beds and 3 baths this home can accommodate groups comfortably, moreover a large gourmet kitchen fully stocked with all your cooking needs. A dining table that
is a must see piece and with wireless complimentary internet. For the nights you feel like staying in, feel free to use the wood burning fireplace . With our new addition to our driveway there are plenty of parking spaces.
This property is perfect for quite families reunions . Their is something here for everyone weather you like to sit on the beach and watch the wildlife do its thing. The waterfront view from this cabin is like no other, surrounded by nature its something that will not go unappreciated. As we are located in a area that has full time residents , we ask you respect our neighbor's and keep your noise to a very minimum.
We hope this vacation rental can accommodate your future visit to the sunshine coast.
Also please keep in mind we do have a min of 7 nights stay in June July and Aug.
All holidays and Long weekend is not available.

Great place

Wonderful location. Lots of space for a large group. We were 3 generations and enjoyed the place immensely. A lot of planning and thought has been put into this home. It was a treat to stay. The bay is great for sightseeing and being close to the water.

The space was excellent for a large group of travelers. With so much room, it was easy to find privacy if needed. At the same time, we could gather in the multiple large common areas to socialize. The open space design of the main floor made relaxing in the living room in the evening such a pleasure. My family thoroughly enjoyed this place!

Amazing House in an Incredible Location!

The house is beautiful and was large enough for our family reunion with 7 adults and 4 children. It was well appointed, clean, and in an amazing location right on the water. The kids played for hours on the beach - lots of memories! The owner is responsive and very friendly (they even brought us local produce which was delicious!).

50th Anniversary Celebration

House was outstanding. There was 10 of us and everyone had their space! Hosts were lovely and we enjoyed meeting them. Lots to do and see and a great space to reconnect with the whole family! We are talking about doing it again next year!

The house is spectacular as seen in the pictures Very clean,beautiful views.We lit the wood fire for lovely cozy evenings,Devi was very helpful and responded quickly to our questions even suggested a chef Alan Barnes for our special dinner.A great weekend.

Amazing Sechelt House on the Water

This property is absolutely beautiful. We stayed here with family (9 adults) for 6 nights. The location on the water is perfect. Every couple had a private bedroom. The kitchen is open to the living and dining space making it possible to hang out with everyone while cooking. We dug up mussels and clams on the beach and cooked them up for dinner, paddle boarded for hours, enjoyed the scenic views from one of the 3 decks or the garden, and relaxed. I highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Vacation

Our family really enjoyed our stay at your property. It is a beautiful house, so spacious and open, lots of room for all 12 of us. It is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Everyone enjoyed the how quiet and uncrowded the bay was. We had opportunities to do some fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding. It was so nice to have the sandy beach for the children and we all spent lots of time there. One thing I would mention that could be an issue for some people is the lack of railings on some of the stairways down to the beach. All and all we had a great time and I would recommend this property for a family vacation.

Daughter's Wedding

This house was an ideal fit for all our family to stay for our daughter's wedding. There was ample space for everyone to get ready and the master suite was perfect for the newlyweds. The kitchen is so well appointed and had everything we needed. Also, we appreciated the play pen and high chair for our one year old grand daughter. It is such a peaceful spot and even though we had some hectic times preparing for the wedding there are lovely quiet spaces in this house to get away and enjoy the views. Our family all loved your beautiful home! Thanks so much.

Fabulous property

We spent a week here for a family reunion and we absolutely loved it! We ranged in age from 11 to 90, and there was something for everyone. The house was well appointed for a large group - we could even all sit together in the beautiful dining room. We loved the fact that there were great spaces where we could all be together, and yet also plenty of room for us all to find some solitude if we needed it. And the location! I can't imagine a more beautiful location. And the water in the bay was the warmest body of water I have ever swam in! The kids were able to spend the entire day in it. The hosts were lovely and warm. In sum: You should come here! You won't regret it! We have already booked for next year!

See You Next Year. Perfect Family Reunion

We just held a four generation family reunion at the Sunshine Coast Waterfront Rental for 6 days, and it was fantastic. We had the entire house 12 people ranging in age from 2 months to mid 80's. Up on arrival we had overwhelming welcome by the owners. Inside the wood burning fire place was going. With the rental of the whole house it was perfect to accommodate the whole family. The whole house was warm and welcoming it was very clean warm and fully stocked. Alot of time and love has been put into this house. Rooms were clean, modern and well kept. The kids had a great time using the media room. There are a lot of summer and winter time activities in the vicinity The Owners was wonderful to deal with. I would recommend it to anyone for a family reunion adventure. We are looking forward to our summer arrival 2018.

Amazing family reunion

We came to this beautiful home to have a family reunion for 3 days. Upon arrival we were simply suprised by the beauty and location of the property. The house looks exactly as it does in pictures. It has something to offer for everyone that comes. The kitchen was fully equipped so our family didnt have to worry about brining anything but food. The bedrooms all were set up beautifully but at the same time very homey and comfortable. The food burning fire place is the key feature to the house, the owners had it going upon our arrival for a nice welcoming. During the day we had a bbq together, played badminton in the backyard and even went for a walk on the beach behind the house. The kids had a blast swimming in the bay. All in all sucha beautiful experience, we highly reccomend this property to anyone wanting to do a family get away. Phil and Devi thanks for the top class hospitality. Jones family - Kelowna

Perfect for families

This home was the ideal space for families to enjoy each other’s company yet have plenty of room to spread out. The sandy private beach was all the young grandchildren needed and it was easy to rent kayaks and paddle boards from the near-by Pedals and Paddles. Great location and Devi was very helpful in planning a special catered dinner.

Paradise on the Beach

Great view, location and access to the ocean

We stayed for 6 nights with three families. There was sufficient room for 11 people (6 adults / 5 kids). The location and the view of Lamb Bay was fantastic. The private sandy beach was amazing and we spent most of our time there. You also have close access to a kayak / SUP rental business which ensured that everyone got out on the water. Although being on the ocean, the water was surprisingly warm and inviting. Overall, we had a fantastic time and we would definitely like to return in the future.

beautiful waterfront home and our peaceful getaway

Such a beautiful property on the waterfront, the house is thoughtfully designed and perfect for hosting a big family like ours. There was 9 of us including kids and we had so much space and had a lovely time at the beach every day. Devi greeted us at the door at check in and was super helpful with any of our needs during our stay. Thank you !

Beautiful Vacation Spot

I booked this property for my Husband and 5 of his friends for a annual golf trip. They were totally impressed with the property and have requested to stay again. Unit was clean, owners were perfect to deal with and the views were spectacular. Close to everything they needed!

The Sunshine coast cottage is the most beautiful place I've had the chance of staying at in BC. The serene views from the living room, how your enclosed in the forest with all the magical trees and wildlife was the best way to spend time with my family over Christmas. Devi was so welcoming and so communicative before and during our trip, the light that shines in her home is definitely a light that starts from her. Every room was greatly utilized by each member of my family, the theater was fantastic, the kitchen has absolutely everything you'll need, the space was enough for everybody to kick back relax together or do your own thing. The only thing I suggest is looking at the mattresses in the master bedroom and some of the other beds because they have more springs however we still managed to sleep peacefully. The decorations where amazing, Devi went out of her way to not only decorate the whole house for the holidays, she also left a welcoming basket with goodies for all of us to enjoy and make our Christmas away from home feel like our home away from home. I cannot wait for the next trip and the next time we're able to take solitude and this amazing home. Thank you Devi for making our Christmas, perfect and for inviting us into your magical home Oasis.
