Ocean views from every window in our newly renovated beachfront condo in Sand Dwellers I. Everything is new and clean and only steps away from the beach and pool. Two bedroom/2 baths that easily sleeps 6. View incredible sunrises from the back porch and sunsets from the front. Smart TVs in each room. Washer & Dryer available. Beach chairs & towels avaliable for your use along with some beach toys.

Location

The location on the island is perfect for the fall. Communication with the host was great. The place is very clean and has everything you need during the stay. All windows have ocean views. Definitely will be back.

Great Getaway

This is a great condo and in an amazing location! We have been visiting Ocean Isle for over 30 years now and we love this end of the island. This condo was perfect for us. It was clean and provided everything you needed. The views are amazing from both balconies and just a few steps away from the beach. The host was very quick to respond to any questions. Highly recommend.

Perfect seaside getaway

This property had everything we were looking for… adequate parking, updated and clean…. Beach views and the sound of the shore from every window were amazing. Fully stocked kitchen. Would be a bonus to have not had to travel by plane with an extra bag of towels and sheets, although I can understand the reasoning for not providing them. We enjoyed exactly what we were looking for on this vacation and at this property.. sun and relaxation. Thank you

My wife are born and bred North Carolinians. The beach is my wife's favorite place to be and we love being able to relax now at OIB when we can. We are excited to be able to offer our condo to those who love being at the beach as well.

Why they chose this property

We were fortunate to find such a great location for a place at the beach. We knew when we started looking, we wanted to be as close to the beach as we could and this condo can not be any closer or have any better views throughout the day.

What makes this property unique

Besides having the best views from every window in the condo and being so easy to get to the beach, it is the fact that we renovated practically the whole condo from paint to floors to furniture and all appliances.
