Beautiful cottage on Silver Lake at south end of country club in peaceful neighborhood. This unique property offers an upstairs and downstairs with 2 separate entrances. This upstairs living space has two bedrooms and one bathroom with stocked kitchen open to spacious living area. Master bedroom with queen bed. Second bedroom with twin over full bunk bed and twin trundle. Both bedrooms with blackout blinds and air conditioning window units. Beautiful lake views from living room.

Newly remodeled downstairs space with separate entrance offers open concept with large kitchen/patio room area. Master bedroom with king bed and attached laundry room. Separate bathroom with beautiful tile shower. Additional converted space includes small room with queen bed in 3rd bay of garage with fixed garage door. Also in this downstairs space is a beautiful kitchen with large island and seating for 8 people. Whether you are enjoying a morning cup of coffee or eating dinner, this indoor outdoor kitchen/sitting area offers beautiful views of the lake. There are two screened in garage doors that provide the “sunroom feel”.

The state boat launch is one mile away. The cottage is walking distance to silver lake country club for golf or dining. Groceries and charcoal corral nearby and less than 15 minutes to Letchworth state park (the Grand Canyon of the east). Lake access at shared dock. Paddle board, canoe, kayak and corn hole available on request. Boat rentals available less than a mile away at Silver Lake Marina. Owners boat (2013 regal 2100) may also be available for rental on request.

Cottage on Silver Lake

Perfect spot for a small family gathering. My husband and I stayed upstairs and my brother and his wife stayed downstairs. View to the lake is beautiful. We really enjoyed evenings by the solo stove. The hosts were extremely responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Great space

We enjoyed a wonderful fall weekend at the house. Enjoyed Great views of the lake, great bonfire outdoor space and so close to Letchworth State Park. The host was accommodating and very nice attention to the small details for us, left us the making for s'mores! You won't be disappointed choosing the property, we rented both the upstairs and downstairs for our group.

Perfect mini vacation

My family and I went on a mini vacation to see the solar eclipse there were 5 adults 4 kids ages 7-14. Grandkids loved the house I think other than the eclipse they loved the house the best. Would we go back - Oh YES 😊 My Grandkids are ready.

Wonderful Place!

Everything about this place is wonderful! Pictures online are accurate. It was perfect for our family to all be together but have our own space with the upstairs and downstairs units. Downstairs was perfect for those with mobility issues as there are no stairs and it is easy to access with garage doors. Kitchen was well stocked allowing us to cook a few meals using the kitchen and grill. The fire pit was lovely. Hosts were easy to communicate with. Really a gem on silver lake!

Awesome stay!

We had the BEST time! It was even better than we had imagined. Perfect for two families, we each had our own sleeping areas, but spent most of the day hanging out together on the lower level. Absolutely loved having the doors open and getting a nice view of the lake. This place has such a fun vibe! Both the kids and adults loved it. We rented the owner’s boat one day- Jake, the owner, was super friendly and helpful. Overall, everything was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. I’m glad we found this unique spot. Awesome place!
