There are 3 large bedrooms on the second floor and 1 large bedroom and Murphy bed on the lower level (walk out basement).
Close proximity to Letchworth State Park, Charcoal Corral, Silver Lake Drive-in, Hole in the Wall Restaurant.
The large open porch (lakeside) has comfortable seating at one end and a large table for outdoor dining.
There are 3 exterior security cameras.
