We are excited to share our newly renovated cottage on Silver Lake is ready for spring, summer, and fall rental. Enjoy 50 ft of lake frontage which includes a boat hoist & 30 ft of dock, great for fishing & swimming. Wall to wall windows are perfect for evening sunsets and enjoying the views of the lake. The cottage is 2 bedrooms (plus a pullout couch & trundle bed) that sleeps 6 comfortably. Conveniently located near Letchworth State Park, restaurants, brewery, and drivein movie theater all just minutes away. Parking for 3 on a private drive makes it ideal for a family or a couples getaway.

Lovely Lakeside Cottage

This cottage was perfectly described. The relaxing back porch had a fabulous lake view. It was clean and was nicely decorated. The neighborhood was quiet and its in a great location close to the town of Perry.

Perfect location on Silver Lake

Location is easy to get to Charcoal corral and Perry, Castile etc. It was a bit snug w 5 people definitely would be fine for a couple w smaller children. Was well equipped w everything we needed.

Beautiful well-kept cottage. Well stocked with all the necessities for cooking and eating there. We enjoyed the beautiful view. Close to Letchworth where we were able to spend lots of time. Host was responsive to all messages 😊

Cute cottage

Cute and clean little cottage that fit 2 adults and 2 teens comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked, but no dishwasher. Not a big deal for us because we only ate breakfast there. Also, no washer/dryer. I'm only putting this here because I missed that in the listing. I grew up coming to this lake and haven't been in years. It was so great to be back. Jeff, the owner, was very prompt at answering questions. I would definitely stay here again

Silver Lake was very calm and peaceful. We had a great time lounging on the dock reading and playing board games. We especially loved the sunset views to the lake from the cottage and all the nautical decorations. The location was perfect for visiting Charcoal Corral, Glen Iris at Letchworth State Park and the village of Perry

What makes this property unique

This cottage is unique in that it sits on a private drive with parking for 3. You will enjoy 50 feet of lake frontage with full lake access and aluminum dock. The area is great for swimming and fishing or kayaking. The cottage includes a grill along with everything you need to create a memorable experience including breathtaking sunsets in the evening. Multiple outdoor seating areas make your time exquisite. You are also 5 minutes from letchworth state park and a vibrant local downtown district.
