Great location, everyone enjoyed foosball, ping pong, games, and puzzles. We left a 250 year celebration puzzle for future guests and some ice cream sandwiches for the cleaners.

Great experience but it definitely seemed more than a 300 ft walk to the beach. More like maybe 600m as you have to walk down the street and cross a road to get to the public beach

Kids room kept our daughter entertained. The heated pool being a short walk was a plus. Roof top was my favorite place to start and end the day. Everything you need is a short walk away. No need for a golf cart. 10/10 will be back.

Location of the property was perfect, everything you needed within walking distance. Our host did a great job of communicating with us. If you’re wanting a less crowded beach I recommend making the walk to spooky lane (drop off, no parking). The house was very family friendly with lots of things for kids to enjoy. Papa surfs, Crackings, AJs, pecan jacks, and blue mountain creamery best food and sweet treats. Cleaners should pay a little more attention to details. Floors did not appear to be mopped lots of spots from spills, grill outside was left pretty dirty, downstairs bedroom has no clothing storage, beach items in garage are not in the best shape. Overall we all enjoyed our stay and will be back to visit in the future.

Incredible stay

This house has everything you could possibly want for a beach vacation. There is plenty of space for family time and time to yourself. The rooftop lounge area is totally amazing! It’s steps away from the ice cream parlor, awesome restaurants and one of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen… we are definitely going to return!

Great place to stay and so close to beach!

We stayed over the 4th July weekend and enjoyed the house and accommodations. But really appreciated the proximity to the beach access, which was across the street! We were on the beach within minutes and also enjoyed the restaurants and stores nearby. Shelby’s and their grouper and boom boom shrimp was a go to for lunch! Pecan Jacks for ice cream and YOLO’s if u want to rent a paddle board while ur there.

Perfect !!!!

The home was just as described! Perfect location , walking distance to pretty much everything you would need ! Few steps to the beach ! Very spacious for teens and adults to have their own space ! Will definitely stay there again !

This place was absolute perfection for our multi-family trip! The house had everything for the beach and entertaining kids off all ages. Terri was the best host and was quick to respond to any questions we had. We made the best memories and are so grateful for this little home away from home.

Great property. Right next to EVERYTHING. You won’t need to bring most beach items; cart, chairs, toys, towels, even umbrellas are provided. If you have kids you know how much space that saves when traveling. When you leave the beach drop into the restaurant you want to have dinner at (usually 2 hour wait) but get on the list, go back to the house, shower and get ready…then it’s dinner time with no wait.
