Offering modern comforts and convenience in a prime location with picturesque lake views, Basecamp provides a comfortable and inviting space to relax and recharge. Community amenities feature a pool & pool house, kayak/paddleboard launch, fire pit and lake access. Located 2 miles from Twin Creeks Marina & Resort and 1 mile from walkable downtown Winchester.

Enjoy all this area has to offer! Tims Ford State Park, South Cumberland State Park, Bear Trace Golf Course, Jack Daniels Distillery, and The Oldham movie theater are just a few places to visit. Also convenient to Sewanee.

BaseCamp well worth the stay

Excellent value for money! Close to all Twin Creeks Marina and downtown Winchester. The property is new and well cared for. It has everything one needs for a weekend stay or longer.

Loved our time at the lake! The pool was such a plus for the kids!! Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and cooking needs. Can’t wait to come back to Tim’s ford lake.

As good as advertised

The house is actually even nicer than the pictures, which is a rare thing. Beauty lake house, clean very new and priced right. Should we return to Winchester this will be the place we stay. Seven minutes from the downtown area, only ten minutes from Walmart. Next place exceeded our expectations.

Nature, family and love

The house is new and beautiful. The second we walked into the house we had a warm and peaceful feeling that set the tone for the entire vacation. The location was very close to a lot of good restaurants and attractions and we enjoyed the pool. Our host Emily was very nice and quick to answer our questions. Thank you for having us. We will definitely come back and refer this place to our friends and family.

Wonderful

Our host Emily was wonderful to work with & extremely responsive. The home was just as pictured with a beautiful interior, with all modern touches and well thought out layout/ design. The owners truly thought of it all & stocked the place with everything you could possibly imagine from full-size shampoo, conditioner & bodywash to laundry/ dish detergent and a fully stocked kitchen. A few of our favorite things were the cozy, screened in porch and the large gathering space in the kitchen. Everyone really appreciated the extremely comfy beds/ sheets & everything being so nice and clean when we arrived. We hope this is a place that we will be able to return and utilize as our own family's "Base Camp" for many years to come. Thanks again for everything!! :)
