We are only a message away if you need anything during your stay.

We are centrally located in the Fox Park neighborhood. Less than 10 min from downtown area attractions; great location for getting to major city sites easily by car. The area is a good mix of old classic brownstones and new development. There are a couple of great restaurants in the neighborhood but overall not many shops/restaurants within walking distance. Lots of free street parking out front so no worries there.

"Is it safe? We've heard about St. Louis crime..."

Yes! Our neighborhood is among the safest in St. Louis city (reference: Trulia crime stats). Please know that the area is safe and not near the areas (North and East St. Louis in particular) that you hear about in the news. That said, it is a city neighborhood, not gated suburb and you'll find a wonderful melting pot of old homes, new development and diverse neighbors.

Fox Park Review

Our stay at Fox Park was exactly what we hoped for during our Spring Break trip to Saint Louis. The apartment was close to all of the destinations we had in mind and perfect to come back to in the evenings and unwind at. The property had board games that were hit with our family and us laughing harder than we had in some time. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, and the kitchen set up was perfect for balancing cooking in with a family of five. The communication with the property was seamless; I highly recommend the property for your next visit!

Great choice if/for visiting St.L

Week long stay, no complaints. Comfy beds, well stocked, clean, responsive host. Agree on rough stairs access but the city in general is not well maintained so watch for the potholes outside.

Saint Louis fun get away

Nice, very clean place for a short stay. Had everything we needed. Be aware there are a few stairs to go up. The curb area in front wasn't very clean but everything else was great.

We loved how central this was to everything downtown. It’s an older neighborhood but the space worked great for our needs. It definitely did get loud sometimes from the neighbors above and next door. The walls were thin enough I could often make out what they were saying to each other and could hear all of the footsteps, etc… so that’s good to keep in mind. The hosts were excellent.

Wonderful apartment

The apartment was perfect for our weekend stay. Plenty of room for our party of 5 with everything we needed and more. The entire unit was very clean and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with coffee maker and cookware/appliances to make a simple breakfast. Bathroom had ample towels and offered soap/shampoo if needed. Bedrooms were quiet and beds were comfortable. The video game and streaming services were a definite plus! Overall, this was a delightful place to stay!

Quick trip to the Zoo

We had a very comfortable & clean stay at Joes place! Easy to find & check in, the house is older but it was so charming & had modern touches that made it a fun experience. The king bed was SO comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to have a nice breakfast. We will definitely choose to stay here again we we visit St. Louis!

Highly Recommend Joe’s Place

We had a great stay at Joe’s place!! Everything was clean and stocked with all the supplies we needed. Plenty of coffee, towels, games and little details I would not have not thought of. The neighbors were very quiet and we visited many fun little restaurants and parks in walking distance. The location overall was great and though downtown wasn’t walkable it was only a very short drive away. My friend and I enjoyed our visit and highly recommend!!:)

Great location. A short drive to Gateway Arch and City Museum. Quiet street. Cute and clean apartment. Master bed was very comfortable and kids stated the other beds were comfortable as well. The host was very attentive and checked in to see if we needed anything. Would definitely stay there again.

A wonderful stay in a good part of downtown St. Louis

We came to town for a concert and the location of the home was perfect to get downtown quickly. The property was extremely clean and well taken care of. I would definitely go back.

Weekend in St. Louis

Our family needed a place to relax and crash after exploring attractions in the city for a short stay. It worked perfect for that! It was close to downtown, very quiet at night. Beds were comfortable and our kids loved using the streaming services and game table.
