The deluxe units are located on the upper four floors of the eight-story building and offer views of the ocean and beach from the balcony, and from inside in most of them. These units are approximately 1050 square feet and are limited to 8 guests. They feature a complete kitchen, living and dining room, fireplace, balcony, and jetted tub. Each is furnished with a king bed, two twins, and a queen Murphy bed in the living room. The twins bed may be combined to form a queen size bed if requested.

Seaside Resort

We had an amazing time here with family. The pool and hot tub were perfect temperatures. We were very lucky with blue skies and gorgeous views of the ocean. Fabulous location. We didn’t need to use the car once during our stay. Close proximity to everything we needed.

Overall our stay was excellent. The proximity to the beach and to the Promenade was excellent. Loved the pool and that it was heated. My kids really enjoyed that aspect. A couple things that I noticed were not up to basic standards was the refrigerator seal needed to be replaced. Every time we would open the fridge door it wouldn’t hold the suction and would open on its own. I’d have to wait before walking away to make sure it wouldn’t open. The fireplace was a plus but there was a hole in the screen. The fan in the main bedroom and in the third bedroom sounded loose and made a constant noise so it was hard to sleep with it on but would be uncomfortable while sleeping if off. The toilet in the main bedroom was also off center or loose. Sitting my 1.5 year old on it it would wobble so we all just ended up using the second restroom. Staff was excellent!
