Bring your family here for fun and exploration. Located minutes from downtown Penn Yan near Keuka Lake Family Park & Morgan Marina with boat rentals available. Historic downtown Penn Yan offers many local shops, walking/biking trails with a myriad of restaurants You will find a town rooted in Amish culture with peaceful surroundings of working farms and horses and buggies. Many fantastic wineries and breweries surround the Finger Lakes region. Don't miss this gem of upstate New York!
The space
Clean cozy country home with large kitchen/dinette area (access to back deck), full dining room and comfortable living room with large screen TV on first floor. 2nd floor offers 4 bedrooms (all with tv's) with brand-new mattresses and bedding including master bedroom with connecting bathroom and second hallway bathroom to accomodate all guests.

Entire house can be accessed except basement area.
Other things to note
The area is surrounded by multiple activities available to all. Including, Lakeside Country golf course (5 minutes away) Morgan Marina with available boat rentals (3 minutes away) Scenic downtown Penn Yan with walking/biking trails, multiple local shops, churches, eateries, wine bars, and craft breweries.

NO smoking inside the house. NO DRUGS. Absolutely NO house parties on-premises. Must be 21 years or older to book. (ID REQUIRED)

The house was lovely and better than expected - It was super clean, there were extras of everything, the property manager was kind and prompt to take care of a little issue, beds were firm and comfy, etc. Would definitely recommend!

Great place

We stayed here for a girls weekend. It was spacious, quiet, and comfortable in a great location. Very clean with room to spend together and room for personal space. The firepit and back deck were perfect places to watch the sunset. There are grocery stores nearby if you want to cook and restaurants if not. Plenty of things to do within reasonable driving distance if you want to keep busy. Beautiful location. I would definitely stay here again if the occasion arises.

The house was wonderful! It was spotless when we walked in the door and was fully equipped with everything you need for your stay including complimentary toiletries, snacks, and even a bottle of local wine! Location was perfect and there is plenty of parking. We would definitely stay at this property again and the owner was very responsive. Loved our time there!

Just like home

This home was just like visiting family. It was warm and inviting from the beginning, and it was a very comfortable stay. I will mention that the steps are fairly steep. So if you are seniors as we are, it might be a little difficult getting up and down, but manageable.

Great for large family get-together.

Nice place. Very roomy, nicely furnished, and very well equipped. My only complaint is with the ice maker situation, but we ran into the exact same situation in another short term rental. The external ice maker is just ok. Next time I will just spend a buck for a bag of ice. I am rattling on about a trivial complaint when my message should be THIS PLACE IS GREAT.

The Penn Yan area offers many outdoor activities including, biking, swimming, boating, hiking along with entertainment and family oriented small town charm.

Beautiful view of the lake and surrounding area in a quiet residential neighborhood that is literally two minutes from downtown Penn Yan including surrounding , marina, golf course and beautiful family park that offers a children's playground with picnic tables and lakefront access for swimming.

What makes this property unique

Our property is a beautiful full house property that offers a clean, comfortable right at home feel that you won't get in a cramped hotel room. We have all the amenities that you need to experience that home away from home vacation in a quiet neighborhood with a nice view of Keuka Lake from the back deck in large one acre backyard with a fire pit.
