Great house for a weekend with the cousins

This was a great house for what we needed- a landing pad for a visit for the meeting of a family foundation close by. It had everything we needed. Thanks for having us!

It was perfect!

Everything about this home was perfect. Great communication with the owners. Very nice home and the backyard was perfect for it family to relax and enjoy a home away from home.

The pictures and the reality of this rental were not the same. I feel like I overpaid for what it was. We definitely booked for the pool, which we did enjoy. The master bathroom flooded when I took a shower bc the curtain does nothing to contain water. And the lack of rugs in the entire house (bathroom and entry from pool area) is dangerous. I messaged the host on night one in the vrbo app about the flooding and received no reply. Next I time I heard from the host (second night) he reminded me when to leave the next day and said NOTHING about the flooding. I asked a question about checkout and if he had seen my previous message about the flooding, no response. Overall, the location was good, the neighborhood was good, but the place needs a handful of improvements and work.

We used this house as a home base to travel throughout California. Our kids loved the pool. Beds were comfy and it gives us more space compared to a hotel room. Had everything we needed.

The place was nice. It looked a little more modern and updated on the pictures. I felt it was a bit pricey for what the property offered. Also there was not enough towels available
