This place was perfect! Clean, everything we needed right there and the hosts stayed in contact throughout our stay, to make sure we were having a wonderful time. Saw quite a few bears and lots of beautiful birds. Most definitely a 5 Star Rating!!!

Just OK - overpriced
Cabin was overpriced, nothing luxurious as advertised. No view to speak of, cabin faces the road and power cables. Sharp turn to enter the driveway from one side, couldn’t make a right, needed to drive past and turn around in driveway of a neighboring cabin. Some other small issues that weren’t a big deal if not for the price. Not sure why all the reviews are 5 star. Maybe they got a similar message from the hosts asking for a favorable review and in turn they will tell other hosts that they are 5* guests and that they should rent to then…

Wow, Ane! After hosting hundreds of stays on multiple platforms, you are the first guest to make such disparaging comments about the cabin. We advertise a treed view which is clearly shown in our photos. There are two ways to access the cabin allowing a straight path up the driveway. It's too bad that you didn't figure that out from the map.
Our guests love all the amenities we provide including the luxurious 100% cotton linens and amazing mattresses, the fire table and outdoor games, the fully stocked kitchen, the location and much much more. I do hope our future renters consider the opinions of all the other guests who have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Best of luck finding a better stay next time.
Cabin exceeded our expectations and we are very picky. New construction and not only did the decor impress us, but it was very clean, had every amenity and then some (for example, coffee filters and paper/storage products which aren’t usually provided). Kitchen well stocked with very nice pots/pans. Deck furniture was so nice - we spent a lot of time on it enjoying the view. Hot tub was immaculate AND actually hot upon arrival. We spotted black bears in our area two night in a row which was really exciting! Host, Eva-Marie, was very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommend arriving before sundown especially on first day because driveway a bit tricky. But in short, we wish we could have this particular house everywhere we travel. Thank you!!!

We are so glad we provided a 5* stay for even our most picky guests :-) Thank you for taking the time to write such a comprehensive review. Please do come back and stay at your favorite short term rental. We'd love to have you back!
Upon arrival, I was immediately Captivated by the beauty and open space. Everything, from appliances, furniture countertops, even the cookware was top-notch. The outdoor decking is basically extended living space. It is so big. Out front, there's a gas fire pit with beautiful seating, and a beautiful, clean, hot tub. You would need to see it in person to fully appreciate my review. They did not ski anywhere. The bathrooms were stunning as was the master bedroom downstairs. Even the pillows were superb. Ladies, they even had a straightening iron and hair dry. The gas fireplace in the living room added to the cozy feel. The loft where the bunkbeds are, is very nice and open with a decent size game table and even a back door balcony! You cannot beat the price for what it is. I wish we'd had longer as we got a bit of a late check in. We had roughly 15-16 hours but enjoyed every minute!!

We cannot thank you enough for writing such a beautiful review, Krystena. We're so glad you noticed all the amenities we worked so hard to provide to our guests. We hope you are able to return and stay longer on your next visit. Your retreat awaits 😁
This was our first rental experience and the hosts left HUGE shoes to fill. We had an incredible 1-week stay at mountainside - It’s exactly the escape we needed. Eva and Trae were attentive, responsive and made sure we had many ways to reach out should we need anything. The cabin was outfitted with everything needed including fresh linens, a kitchen full with appliances, and even the first of supplies like paper towels, coffee pods and laundry detergent to hold us over until we hit the grocery store. We received a welcome communication including the best and nearest places to purchase necessities, a few travel tips for our visit, some recommendations as well as answers to frequently asked questions. The beds were very comfy and we even had the warmest welcome from locals (a mama bear and her three cubs, a cardinal watching over her nest with great ferocity, and a five-lined skink that made multiple visits around the wrap around porch!). The road to the cabin was a winding incline and perhaps a little intimidating at first… but I left at the end of the week a pro and knowing I’d really miss that drive. Thank you for a great family moment and memories to last a lifetime. ❤️
