Did not stay, could not get in

Arrived to property with no entry codes. Attempted 7 times to contact the host to no avail. Tenant of the property attempted also. Had to find a hotel instead. Note this property is located next to an active train rrack and depending on airport operations, in the flight path Host finally called, very apologetic. He blamed VRBO for not sending reminder and immediately refunded all money. For this i appreciate him.
