Just north of Powder Horn Bay and across the lake from several restaurants, this home's location is prime. When you aren't utilizing the home's private boat slip to spend sun-filled hours on the water, check out the famous Trail of the Coeur d’ Alene's, or practice your swing at the world-class golf course at the Coeur d’Alene resort with the famous floating green. Adventure enthusiasts will appreciate being able to swim, boat, fish, and kayak right off the dock - whenever they'd like.

Inside discover the heart of the home - the sun-lit living room. Centered around a beautiful stone fireplace, you will find ample, soft seating. The adjacent galley-style kitchen is a dream with its suite of stainless steel appliances, gleaming countertops, and large breakfast bar. Dining family-style will come naturally at the sprawling, wooden dining table, or even alfresco on the 1000 sq ft deck.

Downstairs, create hours of entertainment in the family room where a TV, Ping-Pong table, fold-out sleeping couch, and kitchenette await. This is a great separate area for young adults, another family, or just a great play area.

Each of the three bedrooms has been tastefully decorated with beautiful fixtures, calming color palettes, and high-quality linens. After a day in the sunshine, sink into the spa-like soaking tub or step into one of the lovely walk-in showers. Additional interior perks include central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and board games.

Truly a focal point of the home, be sure to enjoy as much time outside as you can! Whether this be on the deck, on the cool concrete patio under the deck, or down by the water - the memories created here are sure to be lifelong. THINGS TO KNOW

You must be 30 years or older to rent this property
No ATVs, motorcycles, or side by sides allowed.
The downstairs is accessed by a separate entrance outside, just below the main deck.
Streaming services available with guests’ own account(s).
Loft includes four 6” memory foam twin sleeping pads.
No business or commercial use allowed.
No pets are allowed.
Animals are not allowed on site. If evidence of animals is discovered an additional $350
fee will be assessed.
The boat slip and dock will be available from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
Quiet hours between 10:00pm - 8:00am
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a
unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Dock details: Boat launches are available at both Harrison and Carlin Bay (10-15 minutes) away.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
