Inside, you’ll find an immaculate and well-appointed space with all the amenities. Enjoy the spacious living and dining area with vaulted ceilings, large windows, gas fireplace and smart TV. Sliding doors bring the outdoors in with access to a full porch and covered screen porch for amazing Lake Superior views. The updated kitchen features new appliances and granite countertops. Upstairs you’ll find a king-sized bedroom with en suite bath and cozy nook for reading or naps. Outside, the large flat lot includes a gas grill, adironack chairs, double-swing, fire pit and ample parking.

From Halsnoy Haven, it’s 2 minutes to Tofte, 15 minutes to Lutsen Mountain and 45 minutes to Grand Marais by car. Or, walk or bike the paved Gitchee-Gummi trail for miles—there’s an access point at the end of our driveway. Cross-country ski lovers can join the Sugarbush Trail System just across highway 61. Nearby attractions include Superior National Golf Course, Lutsen Ski Resort and Temperance River State Park.

From the first few steps in the house this property is amazing. The views of Lake Superior are incredibly brought into the home with the countless windows. Staying here was an experience not just a place to stay. Watching the sunrise and hearing the waves crashing from the deck was a memory we’ll never forget. Simply exceptional

Halsnoy Haven is wonderful. Perfect accommodation for 2 people. The views are best of any place we've ever stayed on the North Shore including a180 degree vista with sweeping view south along the jagged shoreline with waves crashing. 3 seasons room for morning coffee, deck for evening wine- all looking out at sunrise and moon rise. And great location with quick access to Lutsen Ski Complex and to so many hiking trails. Ahhh!

Beautiful location, quiet, right on Lake Superior. Well furnished, actually comfortable seating and bed, covered indoor and outdoor deck. Lots of birds migrating thru: hummingbirds, cedar waxwings, and more. Convenient to lots of waterfall hikes. Thank you!

It truly is better than the pictures and the porch is the knockout feature. You are here to be "by the lake" and to have a covered porch area next to the open porch is SO great when the weather changes. Very comfortable seating both inside and out. They have put a lot of thought into everything and it shows.

Halsnoy Haven is a gem tucked just off Hwy 61 overlooking Lake Superior. It is extremely cozy and immaculate. We would definitely book this property again. It is in close proximity to many sights, trails and yet is very private. The bed was very comfortable.

Get away before life takes off again!

The listing was spot on! The property was very well-maintained and clean and right on the shores of Lake Superior. The three seasons porch and the deck were incredible spots for morning coffee. The property is in very close proximity to excellent hiking and great dining. We will be back!

Fantastic. Beautiful home on a beautiful piece of property. Impeccably clean, super comfortable bed, tastefully decorated, and well-appointed kitchen. Felt just like home except this home had lake Superior in the back yard. I’d stay again in a heartbeat !!!!

The house is well equipped and has a well designed layout. The views of Superior are incredible, especially from the open and enclosed decks. It was very relaxing to watch the moods of Superior.

AWESOME! A great relaxing weekend with beautiful views. Great location, close to many hiking trails. Many options for eating out but the kitchen is great if you want to stay in. A perfect getaway for me and my husband.

We spent 4 nights at Halsnoy Haven the first week in October. Returning to the North Shore is always a highlight and was even more perfect because of this wonderful location and home. Newly remodeled from top to bottom we found everything you could want for a perfect getaway. The kitchen contained all the necessary items plus extras! Comfy beds, great furniture and many places to sit and relax only added to our stay. And then there were the outdoor area...a screen porch, deck, chairs by the lake and of course an all around amazing view to sit, relax and listen to the waves. You cannot go wrong with Halsnoy Haven. We already booked it for next year
