Cozy condo with exceptional views. We’ve stayed in this building several years and finally used the sauna for the first time. What a treat after a dip in the cold lake water. We’ll be back!

Beautiful views! Nice stay. Could use a little more maintenance or a refresh, but it was still a great stay. Lots of steps. 50 steps down to the condo from where you park your car so if you are hauling a lot of luggage it gets a little tiring. I would stay there again

There appears to be no temperature control for the main bedroom. I've been here many times and that was kind of the answer I got in the past. Looks like there's possibly some new property manager so I thought I would write that in in case there's something weird that I'm not figuring out. Also, in the guest room, the window does not close. It was a problem when it rains. We just put some towels there to soak it up.

The view was beautiful and the unit was well stocked and clean. The check in glitch was due to a missing key in the unit so as we went out and about the lock box was used a lot. A new grill would be nice as the kettle is full of holes and holders for the coal grate are missing tabs as well as missing vent covers.Definitely worth the steps to be there.

The biggest thing this property has going for it is the location and views of Lake Superior. Needs some work on things especially the screen doors to the decks. The beds need to be replaced. There were no shower curtains but they responded quickly and took care of the situation. The location is pet friendly but you cannot leave the pet there for longer than 10 minutes, even in a kennel. We knew this but struggle that they consider this pet friendly. It worked out just fine but do not plan on going for a meal without your pet. Thankfully there are a lot of pet friendly places to eat . Be prepared for a lot of steps. More than what we expected.We totally enjoyed the view and having access to the lake. We would consider staying again if a little TLC takes place.

Lovely condo in a great location

This property has great views and worked well for us for Thanksgiving as it has a well-equipped kitchen. It’s conveniently located close to many state parks for hiking.

Overall this vrbo is wonderful. As many have said, if mobility is an issue then this listing isn’t for you (2 interior flights 1 exterior flight from parking lot).Easy access to the shared pebble beach, wonderful sauna, great views, and very well stocked kitchen.Would stay again!

a great stay!

we loved our stay! can’t beat the location and overall the space was clean and had everything we needed. bathrooms had shampoo, conditioner, body wash and kitchen was really well stocked. lots of stairs to go down to get to the unit but we’d happily stay again sometime.

Such A Great Place to Stay

What a great location for hiking and dining nearby, not to mention the unique beauty on the grounds on this cozy rental, and fun shopping, galleries and dining in nearby wonderful Grand Marais. The property manager is exceptional, and we all could not have had a more wonderful experience here on the North Shore.

Always a great place to stay!

Our favorite place to stay when we are in the area for the Lutsen 99er. Great views. Love the new TV with Netflix and the great WiFi! Definitely will be back again next year!!
