About this property
Downtown home, ideal for families & friends
Spacious home in historic Leadville. Tristan's Place is ideal for families, teams, friends & race crew! It has an amazing 8 person hot tub and spacious kitchen for making memories together. Walking distance to downtown, race start lines, restaurants, shopping, the Mineral Belt, dog park, skate park. Enjoy nearby lakes, 14'ers, ski resorts, and trails. With 2,400 square feet of living space, a large open kitchen and private backyard patio, you could settle in and relax here for weeks.
We live on the same block and are available if you need anything.
This is a quiet corner lot in the West Side Historical District of Downtown Leadville. Please respect our neighbors.
Front and side door keypad access. As listed, this home and the 2 car garage are entirely yours. (sheds are for owner access only, thank you)
Classic 1880's Leadville Victorian home with tall ceilings, wood floors, antique hardware and comfortable furniture. Come take a step back in time and quickly feel at home. Central heat, a wood stove, and warm bedding will keep you cozy in the winter; ceiling fans in each bedroom are all you need for warmer summer days. Wake to views of the two highest peaks in Colorado. Sit under the pine trees on the back porch sofas and soak up the cool mountain air. Come make memories in the Rockies, and return year after year.
Bedrooms: Three private bedrooms with comfortable bedding, dressers, luggage stands, extra blankets, and smart TVs.
Bathrooms: Three bathrooms. Two with tubs. We provide soap, shampoo, conditioner, a hair dryer, robes, and towels.
Amenities: Large washer & dryer. Stocked kitchen with all new stainless appliances: gas range, oven, microwave, refrigerator, drip coffee maker, (Keurig too!), a toaster, and crock pot.
Living: Bright living room that seats 8 with a Roku TV.
Parking: front, side, or garage. Easy walk to main street shops and restaurants, trails, yoga studio, dog park, skate rink & more! Bikes should be kept in a locked garage. No bikes or skis indoors, please!
Need to accommodate more than 6-8 people? Ask about our other homes on the same block. Big Buckle Mountain Homes.
Hot tub: Must remain at 100-103 degrees. Do not drop the temperature. Children under 5 are not allowed and all children must be supervised. Do not take the top off (it folds- see instructions in the home). Do not leave uncovered. Please shower before use. IF you are in the home for 3+ days, we request that you leave the floating chlorinator in overnight only. We adjust chemicals after every stay. If the hot tub is filthy and requires a full emptying before the next guest, or if it is left under 98 degrees, we charge $100 fo the added maintenance time.
Ample parking in the 2 car garage and on the city street.
Most shops and restaurants are an easy walk. Bike rentals are available at Cycles of Life.
Lake County Commuter provides a bus ride to Copper Mountain and Frisco. Transfers from Frisco to Dillon, Breckenridge, Keystone and the airport are available. Peak One shuttle is another option.
This home sleeps 6 adults comfortably. We allow 2 additional guests by providing a queen sofa sleeper with memory foam mattress.
Pets - Dogs only (NO CATS- owners are allergic). Pet fee is $100 for 1-2 dogs for the entire stay. Please disclose if you are bringing dogs as a longer clean is required. We provide a dog bed, a pet sheet to protect furniture, and a kennel on request.. Please bag and dispose of all dog poop in the outside trash can. Leave the yard as you found it, so our next guest will be happy, too.
Clean AIR property: ABSOLUTELY no drugs, smoking or vaping indoors OR on the porches.
