This home boasts 9-foot ceilings and transom windows throughout. A gas fireplace keeps you warm after a long day of skiing fresh powder, and the open kitchen-living room-dining room layout is perfect for entertaining. You will love the custom details in this home including tile backsplash, laminate wood floors, a farm sink in the kitchen, and a sink in the utility room!

This pet-friendly home has lots of room to run for your furry friends, as well as a 6-person hot tub for your human guests! The gas grill off the dining room is ready to cook up wonderful meals for everyone after enjoying all the high country has to offer!

Bedding in this home includes a King in the master suite and a full over queen bunk bed in both the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms.

This home is only a short distance to World Class Ski Resorts such as Copper Mountain, Vail, and Breckenridge, and a 10-minute drive to the wonderful small ski area called Ski Cooper! Hiking, fishing, biking, and snowmobiling are steps from your front door as well as incredible fishing in Turquoise Lake!

IF YOU ARE BRINGING A DOG, there is a $100 plus tax fee. You MUST check the box at time of booking that you are bringing a pet, or notify us so that we can add the pet fee!

Please practice social distancing protocol while visiting Lake County.

My family came to Leadville for the race series. This property is just outside of town, but it was an easy walk/jog to the start. The property managers were responsive and the house was very clean/well-equipped. We have two young kids that loved the bunk beds! We would stay again for sure, many thanks!

Annual Hut trip extension

Great location, great house, super comfy king bed. We walked to town, loved the views. Hot tub was great - but watch out for the dripping eaves - there was a sheet of ice right outside the door to the hot tub!

We had a great time staying at this house. It was in a perfect location, very clean and had lots of space. The hot tub was ideal after the long days hiking. Thia was a nice and clean house. It was so close to ski cooper and the town of leadville which was very convenient. The beds were very comfortable and everyone enjoyed the hottub after skiing all day! We had some trouble checking in but the host Tracy was super helpful and quick to respond. We totally recommend this place! Especially for families!
