Everything was just like the pictures. The home was nice and clean with an excellent kitchen for cooking our meals. This was home base during a ski trip and I would gladly stay again next year. The hosts were very responsive, we had an issue in the bathroom and they had a plumber in the next day while we were at the mountain. Thank You!

Thank you for the great review! I'm glad the home worked well for your ski trip and appreciate your kind words. I'd love to host you again next year.
We were here for the Leadville 100 race weekend and this house had everything that we needed. It was very clean (especially for being a pet friendly home).

Thanks so much for the great feedback! Glad the house worked well for your race weekend — and happy to hear you found it clean and comfortable, even with it being pet-friendly. Hope to host you again next time you're in town!
We did not have much interaction with the host at the beginning of our stay and that was ok as we did not need assistance. However, at the end of the stay, the pipes froze and I was happy that the host responded timely and worked tirelessly to resolve the issue.

Comfortable little home with everything you need in walking distance to any part of town. We enjoyed our stay, exploring the mountains and the national mining museum. Thank you.

Thanks so much for staying! Glad you enjoyed the house and got to explore the mountains and the museum—sounds like a great trip!
This house is in such a great location! We really enjoyed getting to see Leadville from this cute home base. This house had everything we needed, including a yard for our pup to run around. I will say that the home is older, and full of quirks, so keep that in mind if you choose to book!

So glad you enjoyed the house and the great location—and happy your pup had fun too! And yes, it’s definitely an older home with its quirks, but that’s part of its charm. Thanks for staying!
Only downside is the bathroom location - located right next to master suite, anyone sleeping upstairs has to walk through the master bedroom area to use it.

Hi Gigi, thank you for your feedback. Overall we hope you enjoyed your stay.
The house is great and is on par with many of the places in town. The houses are all on the older side and therefore have great character and can be a bit different. The house is clean, modern kitchen, nice fenced backyard for the dog, and adequate living space with most or all amenities once would like. There is only the 1 batch, which was not an issue for my party of 1 but good to be aware. Walking distance to everything you want/need in town. Would definitely stay again.

Thank you so much for the kind words — I’m really glad you enjoyed the home! And yes, it is noted as a 1-bathroom in the listing, but I appreciate you pointing that out for future guests. Would love to host you again anytime!
It is my 2nd stay in this property and I've stayed in Leadville in many ABnbs. The space is great and plenty of room, though my party is small. The kitchen is stocked and upgraded. Main living space is great. The shower is a bit dated but is fine for my use. It is great to have the fenced backyard, though upkeep could be improved (grass is up to a foot long) and maybe add some basic deck furniture. Overall was another great stay and will look to book again.

Thanks so much for coming back and for the thoughtful feedback! Really glad you enjoyed the space again. I’ll definitely take note of the yard and deck suggestions — appreciate you pointing those out. Hope to host you again soon!
This was a good location with mostly what we needed for our stay. The location allowed us to walk for meals and the train. We enjoyed the Irish history in the home. We were curious about the ghost reference mentioned in the guest book, but knew nothing about it otherwise. We didn’t find any paperwork letting us know how to use the tv, heaters, etc. There were no tissues, which would have been helpful and the bathroom door was difficult to close.
