We enjoyed our stay in your house. It was nice to have so many useful amenities and supplies; coffee makers with coffee and tea, toaster, microwave, washer and dryer. We were only stayed 2 nights, but look forward to coming back.

As advertised. Only there 1 night. Close enough to walk to Main Street. Clearly upgraded in recent years and very clean. Good amenities overall. A few simple feature improvements can help greatly but an overall nice spot in Leadville.

Great place away from the noisy streets.

Relatively quiet at night and a well functioning kitchen that had just about everything you needed. Walkable to the main streets and not far from the local dog park. The only thing I would change would be to add in room darkening drapes for the bedrooms.

Mountain Cottage getaway

The house turned out to be beautiful and comfortable. We were very happy with the beds. The bathroom is gorgeous with the tile floor and walls. The kitchen had top notch appliances. We loved our stay. Hope to come back next year.

Great spot

Stayed a night and the home was cozy and comfortable. Nothing too fancy. Just right. Stayed in winter but would be even better in the summer to enjoy the front deck under the aspens.

Comfortable and Clean

The house was a comfortable and clean place to stay. It had all the amenities we needed. The washer and dryer were very easy to use. There was plenty of space for two people in the living room/dining room/kitchen. The bedrooms were a bit small, but worked. The location was fine. It was about a ten minute walk to the downtown area. We would definitely stay there again.

Very easy check in. Very clean and cozy. Plenty of kitchen utensils for cooking. Within walking to Harrison(Main Street). Perfect sized front yard for the dog. Bedrooms are small, but still had plenty of space to store your things and the beds were comfortable. Memory foam. Couch was huge and comfy too!!

Clean but small

Everything was clean but the place was smaller than we expected based on the listing. No dishwasher, and the yard is quite small. For the price, I might consider staying in a hotel next time.

Fall vacation

Cute house, great updates on kitchen and bathroom. Would not recommend for 6 people. Master bedroom small but great. Second bedroom, bed is against the wall. The couch in the living room is really long. Our dog loved the fenced yard, it’s small but she could see around the neighborhood and just hang out on the grass. Could use some measuring spoons in the kitchen.
