Nestled amongst Lodgepole Pines in a quiet subdivision just 4 miles North of Leadville overlooking the Arkansas River, this cozy condo has 1 bedrooms and 1 bathroom! Warm your toes by the fire after enjoying blue sky days on Ski Coopers' all-natural snow! Ski Cooper is a hidden gem and the perfect resort to learn how to ski or ride! Just down the road is incredible backcountry snowmobiling, or extensive, groomed Nordic trails! Keep in touch with family and friends or catch up on some work while on vacation with high-speed wireless internet! Don't worry about keeping up with sports, this home has cable television as well! A shared laundry area is easily accessible from the main hallway. (Starter supplies are always provided such as wash detergent, dish detergent, soap, and shampoo.) You can easily access your online content such as Netflix, Amazon, Roku, Hulu, etc! Cook all your meals in OR order in!

Centrally Located between Vail, Copper, Cooper, and Breckenridge Ski Slopes!

Just around the corner from Leadville's beautiful NEW ice skating rink and sledding on Dutch Henry Hill (skate and tube rental available at low cost). Cross country ski or snow shoe on The Mineral Belt all mere minutes from the house. The PERFECT location for your next winter or summer vacation in the mountains of Colorado!

SNOWMOBILE ACCESS! There is absolutely NO SNOWMOBILING on the rental property or in the subdivision of Grand West Estates. This includes the river valley right below the subdivision. THE CLOSEST access to snowmobiling on established recreational trails is from the Leadville Junction parking lot/ trailhead area that links to Turquoise Lake. ALL SNOWMOBILES MUST REMAIN ON TRAILERS WHEN ON YOUR RENTAL PROPERTY!

We had a great two night stay! We were in town for a wedding so we did little more than sleep here but the bed was comfy so sleep great we did! The place was super clean and just as described. If we are ever in the area again we will look to stay here.

Great spot to stay! Close to town and close to Ski Cooper. The designated parking sign was not super easy to see after dark when we arrived, and all the lights were off so needed a flashlight to see the entry. The kitchen was small and there is not a full sized fridge (so if you’re planning more than a few days might be difficult). There was a stain on the mattress pad on the pullout bed, which was fun to explain to our kids. Ultimately, it had everything we needed to get by for a couple nights and would happily stay here again.

This is a wonderful home base for exploring the Leadville area. It’s beautiful and quiet but close enough to enjoy town too. I’ve stayed here before and will come back!

LACKAWANNA

Nice place tucked amongst the Ponderosa Pines, quietly located just outside downtown Leadville. Turquoise Lake just down the street. A beautiful beach, clear water for swimming, and biking/hiking alongside it. Lackawanna is a little piece of heaven, away from the town.

Quiet cabin in the woods!

We stayed a week at this cabin for a week and it was so nice and quiet, you could see all the stars every night because there’s very few lights outside amazing! It’s a great location and close to the town of Leadville, just a short drive to Turquoise lake. We had the best time.

Great little outpost near Ski Cooper

Sweet little spot for 2-3 people tucked back in the woods a few miles outside of town. Very responsive host and all boxes checked on cleanliness, cookware, decent shower and a nice jet bath, comfy bed, TV was easy to manage streaming shows and movies, etc. We’ll be back!
