The Space:
Wonderfully lit, 2 bedroom condo in downtown Leadville. This loft is in one of the oldest and most historic buildings, dating to the early 1900s, this renovated loft has 14 foot ceilings, exposed brick and many of the original building fixtures. Beautiful high ceilings and exposed brick. Illuminating natural light fills both bedrooms & the main common area. 2 bedrooms with 2 detached bathrooms. Please note that the shower has a lower ceiling. If you are over 6 feet tall the shower may be a bit short.
The space stays very cool in the summer (especially compared to other places in Leadville as most houses have no A/C).

Comfortable, modern condo in downtown Leadville
The condo is in a neat old school building, with modern refinishing. It has high ceilings, wood floors, and lots of brickwork. The 2 bedrooms are large and comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The living area is small, but we didn't use it much anyway, since we were just there for an overnight stay. The condo is convenient to many restaurants, and was close to our mountain bike race venue. We would definitely book here again in the future.

Very cozy and nicely updated apartment. This property is very well maintained and in a very historic building of Leadville. Love that this property was made into apartments and restored. Would definitely stay here again!

Good but caveats
There’s some great things about this place. The location is amazing, 8 minute walk to downtown. The historical building is really cool and beautiful. There’s a washer and dryer right in the hallway which is free. You’re a little up on the hill so there’s great views of the mountains. And there’s some things that aren’t so great. You can really hear the people upstairs when they’re walking around. They came home very late one night and woke us up. I realize the owners can’t do much about this but heads up. The beds are not super comfortable and very squeaky. The shower drain was backed up so it would fill with water during the shower. Overall we enjoyed our stay but for the price I think they could make it a little nicer.

We enjoyed our stay and it was the perfect home base for a variety of hiking excursions and sightseeing. The property was clean and spacious and the heaters did a good job of keeping it warm. We would definitely stay there again.

This was a historic building that was modernized inside. The tall ceilings and exposed brick made it very up-scale looking. It was very clean and bright. The check- in process was very complicated, however. After we found the building, it probably took another 45 min to get into our rooms. You really do have to read their multiple pages of documents.
