Everything was great. The fire place was really nice and we enjoyed it emincley. The whole house felt welcoming and comfortable. The furnishings, towels, appliances, and bathrooms were all top shelf. The location was in a quiet very nice neighborhood and we felt safe there as well.

Great Location!!

Great location for a ski weekend, 15 min from Ski Cooper, very quite, very nice house for a weekend trip, the fire place was the icing on the cake, will be back!!!

Family friendly

This property was close to Cooper, downtown Leadville and a beautiful drive to Mt. Princeton hot springs! What a beautiful historic town to visit, loved the mining museum. Great coffee shops too!

Perfect stay for mountain adventures

Our group really enjoyed our stay. It was the perfect basecamp for our trail running adventure. The home was warm and inviting with comfortable beds, excellent showers, and a well-stocked kitchen. Thank you for a great experience!

Comfy little getaway

Perfect location for skiing different mountains. Keystone, Copper, Vail, Breck, Ski Cooper and Beaver Creek all within striking distance. Leadville is a cool little town too.

Quiet, roomy, convenient

Wonderfully remodeled home just outside of Leadville, in quiet neighborhood. Modern kitchen, washer/dryer, nice bathroom with walk-in shower. Great location for exploring hiking trails in the area. Hope to stay there again sometime!

Everything was wonderful. Beds were comfortable. Home was clean and very inviting. The only reason I did give 5 stars is because the internet didn’t work. I brought some work with me and had to use my hot spot.

The house was very clean and had most everything we needed. Plenty of towels in the baths and utensils in the kitchen. We did buy a few utensils not in the kitchen and left them for future guests. The description made it sound like everything was fairly new but the living room furniture is sagging and the master mattress needs to be replaced. Our host was quick to respond. We did need to leave a day early due to wildfires which put the house in the 2nd closest area of evacuation. We didn’t feel we could leave the house to do anything our last day without taking everything with us in case the evacuation notice came while we were out. So we packed up and left. It would have been nice to get that last day paid back to us since our leaving was out of our control.

Leadville Motorcycle Trip

This is a fantastic little home very close to Leadville. We stayed here while on a three-day back country motorcycle trip. It is very close to downtown Leadville where you will find nice restaurants and places to shop. I will definitely book this place again if I'm back in the area.
