Thank you! I’m so glad the house was perfect for your family and that you enjoyed your time. I’d love to host you again
Great location with wonderful view. Could use some better bed pillows and assure that simple seasonings like salt and pepper are available in the gourmet kitchen. Otherwise stay was great

Hi Lisa,
Thanks for the feedback! Glad you enjoyed the location and the view. Most of our properties usually have salt, pepper, and cooking oil, but it’s not something we officially stock—it’s typically left behind by previous guests. Appreciate you letting us know about the pillows too!
Thank you! We loved staying here in Leadville for our little ski getaway.

Thank you for your kind words! We're thrilled to hear you enjoyed the space, the views, and the hot tub after a chilly day. We'd love to host you again in the future!
My family and I really enjoyed staying here. The place was clean and is fully stocked. Check-in process was simple. Good communication with the property manager.
Quick drive to town (we even walked), and to Cooper.
Hot tub was a huge plus!
Highly recommend.

Disliked: Check-in, listing accuracy
The photos of the house and property are very misleading. It's much smaller than it seemed it would be. We got notification 10 minutes before our check in time that the cleaners needed an additional hour. We didn't check in until 5:15!! Then the heat didn't work. They finally sent a handy man at nearly 9:00 at night. Those are not the experiences you expect when you are paying these kinds of prices!!

Sorry to read this Danielle, when we spoke on the phone about the late check-in you said you understood and were happy to just drop your bags and continue on with your plans. We were glad we could send the handyman to show you how to use the heat - even though there was nothing wrong with it. Not really the kind of review I'd expect after going out of my way to help you.

Leadville 100 mtb race weekend
We appreciate getting to stay here. Great location and views and loved having a garage to prep bikes for race day. VRBO photos deceiving though as looked like hard wood floors everywhere. Thankfully it was tidy but it was not very clean. Home had an odor. Moldy shower curtain in primary bathroom and the primary bedding not the cleanest.

Hi Kari,
Thank you for your feedback. We’re glad you enjoyed the location and the convenience of the garage. We apologize for the issues you encountered with cleanliness. We've addressed the concerns immediately to improve future stays.
The location of this home is great. Well equipped with kitchen items, linens and things you would need to be at home. Although the 4 adults that stayed here in our party enjoyed the eccentric travel momentums as decorations through out the house, it also made for nervous nelly parents chasing our 6 year old's around saying don't touch that and explaining way more about other cultures than what we were planning on. Although a nice house, just wouldn't recommend it for those traveling with curious younger children.
Overall, this property is in a great location with beautiful views of mountains! A few items need attention like the jacuzzi tub did not work in the master, the hot tub was not filled enough to use the jets and the 2nd bedroom's bed squeaked loud enough to wake whole house. We also couldn't open windows to get fresh air because there are no screens. Generally, a clean home with beautiful views and quick access to downtown Leadville and all it offers.
