The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessities to cook up a storm during your stay. With Starlink for optimal Wi-Fi speed, you can stay connected with ease.

The first floor features a queen bedroom and a bathroom across the hallway that has a toilet and bathtub but no shower. Upstairs, you'll find two more bedrooms, one with a king bed, a small Smart TV, and balcony, while the other serves as a TV room/game room with a queen bed, three-person couch, and a smaller armchair. The second-floor bathroom boasts two sinks and a large shower that lies between the two bedrooms.

For indoor entertainment, head to the garage and enjoy a game of ping pong.

Downtown Twin Lakes is just a few minutes away. Leadville is a 20 minute drive with all restaurants, shopping, and entertainment!

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is with a car as there is no public transportation to get to and from this home. Please note, in the winter season when snowfall is heavy (usually after Christmas), a four wheel drive vehicle is recommended. After a certain point, the roads are not paved. The neighborhood plows the main roads.

The home is pet friendly with a pet fee of $100 + tax for 1 pet and $200 + tax for 2 pets max.

NO FIREWORKS AT ALL EVER and if we find out about it, you will be fined $500. Due to the location of this property, being secluded in the woods, it will not be tolerated!

Please NO parties, no fire pits, no fireworks.
NO open fires are allowed in the PanArk neighborhood.

Rest assured, we've implemented thorough measures to ensure your stay remains undisturbed by these natural inhabitants.

Altitude sickness is real. In Leadville/ Twin Lakes, the elevation can be up to 10,000 feet. Symptoms can include dizziness and nausea, so please be mindful of this. We cannot offer refunds for guests experiencing altitude sickness. If you anticipate being affected, we recommend obtaining insurance at the time of booking.
