Manager lives onsite, separately. The apartment includes 2 large bedrooms, 2 large bathrooms, walk-in closets, and 11-foot ceilings. A newly updated kitchen has white cabinets, subway tile backsplash, a skylight window, breakfast bar, plus a lot of storage. The living room/dining room has 11-foot ceilings and large windows that fill the space with sunlight. Includes in-unit Washer/Dryer. A newly renovated cedar deck (shared w/guests) to enjoy the surrounding nature. A bonus shaded garden under mature pine trees with a picnic table.

Nearby Norwalk, Wilton, Westport and minutes to highway, shopping/dining. Full of history, former compound of famous literature icon, Morton Schindel, who helped make children's books into movies like the famous film "Where The Wild Things Are".

This neighborhood has a lot of great local history. Many great ideas and inventions have come from the original compound of Weston Woods. This property is famous for the work of Morton Schindel, an American Movie Producer. Morton turned many children's books into Animated Films. One of his famous works was called "Where the Wild Things Are". Some movie shootings from the movie were even done on our street!
