Summary:

Come stay at Circle A Ranch! This property is located off North HWY 16 slightly outside of Fredericksburg, but just a short drive to Downtown. This home has 2 bedrooms with luxurious king size beds and 1 full bathroom! With great indoor/outdoor spaces to relax and recharge! Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen or enjoy your morning coffee on the patio. Enjoy the hot tub under the stars and unwind around the fire pit with your family/friends! Managed by Heavenly Hosts



The Space:

- 2 king beds (one in each bedroom) + 1 full bathroom with a bathtub/shower combo

- Full kitchen with regular coffee maker! (no dishwasher)

- 4 TV's available; 1 in each bedroom, 1 in the the living room and 1 outside near hot tub (Fubo is the available app used for live TV streaming.)

- Washer/Dryer available

- Board games for you to enjoy!

- Outdoor Fire Pit (firewood provided)

- This property is suitable for children/infants. The rental sits close to the highway. Please be cautious and never leave your child unattended.



- This property is pet-friendly. There is a pet fee of $45 per pet/per night + taxes, and up to 2 pets max and 35 lbs max. Pet fee is not automatically included in the total, it's added after booking is confirmed. Pets are not allowed on furniture/beds. Please pick up after your pet(s). Pets must be kenneled if ever unattended.



- You are close to the highway, you will or could hear highway noise. please do not walk across highway.



- No Dishwasher: dishwasher is not advertised on this listing since it's out of order. Owner is planning on removing it and replacing with another amenity in the future.

- Pest Control is scheduled quarterly. Due to the house being in the hill country, you will encounter critters. This is common even with pest control treatments.

Trip to the hill country

Nice location outside of town that is peaceful and quiet in the evenings. We used this location as a base while we travelled around the hill country.

The house and property was really nice, but there were a just a couple issues that took away from the experience. The patio was peaceful in the mornings and evenings and we enjoyed winding down in the living room area after spending the day in Fredericksburg. The beds were comfortable and kitchen was nice. The only issues we had with the property were that we were unable to get the deadbolt to latch in the master bedroom and that we couldn’t get the hot tub to warm. Perhaps we didn’t wait long enough for it to get warm or just didn’t know how to work it. The only other drawback was that we felt that it could have been a little cleaner. We realize that it is a pet friendly place which is fine, but the chair and throw pillows in the living room needs to be cleaned as they have some paw prints and a decent amount of pet hair. We also had a couple towels that were sour. Despite these issues we still had a good overall experience and a fun trip.

We would have been happy to send someone over to help make sure everything was working properly. Regarding the hot tub, it sounds like it may have gone into sleep mode or eco mode after the first use. This is a quick and easy adjustment, and we would have been happy to provide instructions or send someone out to assist right away so you could fully enjoy the amenity. We also appreciate your feedback regarding the cleanliness. We will be sharing your comments with our housekeeping team to address the areas mentioned, including the living room furniture, pillows, and towel concerns. Thank you again for your feedback.
