Tiny Barnhouse with Alpacas @ Linda's Way

Adorable tiny barn house surrounded by a menagerie of farm animals.
Newly built with all the modern amenities, located on a picturesque marsh front property.
Get to know the alpacas, pygmy goats, sheep & mini donkey which you can feed from your window.
Take the kayaks out on the scenic tidal creek or throw a line from the dock.

This tiny house can accommodate 2 adults & 2 children.
Be prepared to hear the roosters crow.
The space
Located on a magical property with abundant wildlife and magnificent views of the marsh.
The tiny barn is a modern, open space with private bathroom.
You will find a full, well equipped kitchen with bar style eating area.
The unique hand crafted raised, cedar platform bed has 4 stairs to climb.
The living area has a pull out couch. You can watch the animals while you soak in the claw foot tub. There is a nice shady covered and enclosed front porch where you can sit and watch the free range chickens roam.
There is great fishing to be had off the main dock or off the bank at the back of the property. Bring a line or drop a crab trap!
If you're lucky you will see some dolphins swim by or frolic by the dock where they love to stop and feed. .
Guest access
The barn house is on a shared property with 3 other homes.
Guests have access to the full private barn house.
You have access to the part of the property that surrounds the barn house.
You are permitted to walk the grounds, around the animal enclosures,
down the drive towards the duck pond.
You are also allowed to use the main dock if you are using the kayaks or fishing.
We simply ask that you keep some distance from the other houses to ensure everyone's privacy.
Other things to note
We ask that you never enter the animal enclosures with out our permission.
Please close gate properly if you do enter so animals do not escape.
Our hand made platform cedar bed has four stairs.
Absolutely NO wipes or female products in toilet. Our septic is very fragile
No pets on the furniture
