The property is centrally located near restaurants and entertainment. Walking distance to most of the stores in the central business district of Nevada City. Highly recommend the property. The property was very nice and easily accessible.

SUPER Clean and right near everything you want!Perhaps a little hard to find at night... BUT once you do, this unit has everything you need for 2-3 days for a couple.The unit is literal steps away from restaurants and shops and also the Saturday farmers market!!

Modern studio; comfortable space for a couple. The shower is great--full size. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops in quaint downtown Nevada City. Owners were responsive and good communicators. It was a pleasant stay, and we wouldn't hesitate to book the property again if we were going to be in the area.

Loved the off street parking in a busy part of town. The space was quiet and convenient. Maybe my partner missed it but we could not black out the front window which made for an early wake up.

We stayed in the 1 bedroom suite for a weekend. The room was exactly as pictured and extremely clean. Location was exceptional. The host responded quickly when we had questions but that was only once or twice. Very clear directions were posted on the wall. The kitchen was very up to date and everything we needed was available. We will stay there again.
