Queen sleeper sofa downstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. Well equipped with everything you need to enjoy your vacation to the fullest. Condo also has beach toys for the little ones, and beach towels for everyone! Boogie boards and Corn Hole too! Come make a lifetime of memories in SPI!

This is an outstanding condo! We had plenty of space and it was well stocked. It is a great location as it is close to the beach and lots of restaurants. Checking in & out was seamless and we had no issues. Our parents live in LIV so we come down every year and this is our favorite place so far!

This is a cute little spot I'll definitely come back to! Top level comfort and cleanliness, well-stocked kitchen, and very comfortable pillows. We lacked for nothing. Jenny has an eye for detail and it made for a very pleasant stay.

Great Condo Location to Explore SPI

I really loved the condo. The only disappointment was that it wasn't a true 3-bedroom as advertised. It was actually a 2-bedroom. The third had 2 beds thrown at the top of landing of the stairs.I would gladly stay there again if it was an actual 3-bedroom. It was clean and wonderful. The location of the place was centrally located to many places close by that you could walk everywhere and not have to worry about driving.The place had all the amenities needed. Some places don't always provide everything you need, then you have to buy it. The condo was clean and ready to enjoy. This place also had beach towels and beach chairs to use. Most place don't provide that for you. The pool area was wonderful with lot's of space.The owners welcomed me through messages as well as gifting me a gift card to one of my favorite restaurants. That certainly wasn't necessary, but I enjoyed it. They also kept in touch during my stay checking in with me to see how I'm doing and if I needed anything else. No owners in the past have done that. That was awesome.Matt and Jenny (The owners) took care of any problems I had. There was one incident with a leaky water tank, and Matt and Jenny took care of the issue right away. That was awesome.Overall this place is a 5 star and the owners are a 5-star. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a true 2-bedroom place. If Matt and Jenny had a true 3-bedroom place I would rent it from them. You will not find any better owners to work with
