Was very clean and cute. Quiet and good view of the lake. Needs a bit more character but if it is a full time VRBO they might not want people messing things up. I didn’t realize both bedrooms were twin beds to the shock of my husband. First time booking VRBO. Would be nice to stay at for girls or guys trip.

The house was very clean with a great location right on the lake. There was plenty of space inside along with a great view out the picture window. My teenagers loved fishing off the dock. The only thing that would have made this better is if there were some kind of seating on the deck, but there were comfortable chairs around the fire pit area.

I felt this property was as advertised. My friend and I took a girls trip and it was great for that. We enjoyed being able to swim right off the dock which is right down from the house. The walk way is a bit steep and a little wonky meaning the side walk is not flat. It has a big tilt to it but it was way better in my opinion than climbing a ton of stairs. lolOverall we really enjoyed our time. It was a nice place to stay.

Great location on the lake and convenient to shopping in Grove. Very nice boat ramp within walking distance of the property. Enjoyed the lake views from the picture window and deck. The rocker recliners were a nice comfortable addition.

House was perfect, very clean and simple. View of the lake was spectacular and own boat dock was awesome. Very peaceful in the early morning! Only mins away from all of Grove. Very easy to navigate! We will be back again!

Traveled there for a fishing tournament, the place seemed very secure for us, spacious parking, the house was clean, great host, and beautiful view of the lake, all while being very close to town. Will definitely keep this property in mind for next time!

We throughly enjoyed our stay. The property was in excellent condition and immaculately clean. Conveniently located to shopping less than five minutes to grocery stores. The view is stunning. Would absolutely stay again. *tip- bring a hair dryer if you will need one.

We very much enjoyed our stay here! The property was extremely clean and accurate to photos! We loved the access to the dock and had a great time fishing for hours. The dock is so nice and taken care of! Also loved that there are chairs on the dock to use. The beds were comfy, ceiling fan in the living room (necessity!) and even supplied laundry pods to washy our fishy clothes! The only thing I’d like to add is possibly the need for a de-humidifier in the home. It was a rainy humid weekend FOR SURE, but the house held a lot of humidity, despite me turning the AC down. Other than that - zero complaints, we’ll be back!

Great getaway spot

The property did not disappoint. Great lakeside views. Very clean and well kept. Right on the lake and close to town for grocery and restaurant access. Grove is a nice little town. We would stay here again.

We came for a bass tournament and this house fit the bill! Perfect place for a bass boat under roof both at dock and driveway with lights and power to charge. Very clean and cozy!! Left rods on deck and never worried.

Lake house with dock

This home is in the perfect location at Grand! The dock is an added bonus, especially if you have a boat to park. The house was clean and great for a getaway. Loved the snacks and coffee bar area. We will be staying here again.
