Very cozy house where you can breathe tranquility.
It has all the services including kitchen with everything you need, Internet, parking inside the property.
You can find several shopping malls nearby, the American Consulate is about 10 minutes by car and the border bridges are 10 and 15 minutes away, respectively.
Comfortable house located in a very quiet area of the city, close to main avenues and with a huge park next to it.
The space
Two rooms, one with a queen size bed, another with a double bunk bed downstairs and a single bed upstairs, in addition to a BBQ playground, a full bathroom upstairs and a half bathroom downstairs, a full kitchen with utensils, dishes, glasses, etc., a living room and dining room, private parking in front of the house and a huge park right next to it.
