Other than the floors the house was clean. My grandchildren had black feet from the floors within 30 minutes of entering the house! We had an ant problem that was addressed with bait traps given to us to place in the kitchen. Needless to say it didn’t work so we bought natural ant spray and still had ants! The ants were there when we got there! Also killed some spiders so it obviously needs to be sprayed! The house is beautiful and the views are awesome! Very close to beach access! Would definitely stay again even with those two issues.

Location was great, easy check in, beautiful home. There were issues with ants in the kitchen resulting in throwing food away the first day. This must be a known issue, there were 3 ant traps at the sink area, no where else in the house. Contacted the company and was offered for pest control to come durning the stay, declined the offer due to taking time away from our family trip. This should be addressed prior to guests staying. Floors were dirty when checking in luckily there were vacuums on each floor and we were able to clean the floors and have a major difference immediately. Only one set of towels per person are provided, you will need to do wash everyday to have fresh towels. Disappointed that check in is so late.
