About this property

Your home away from home. This house has been completely renovated with you in mind. Lots of privacy palms line the property and there's a huge deck off the kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee or evening wine. The inside has brand new tile throughout, two stunning new bathrooms, two queen bedrooms and the third bedroom is setup as an office or workout room. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook all your favorite meals... or not - because we have plenty of great restaurants within a few miles of the house. Super Walmart is one mile away and you could walk to Jack Willie's to enjoy live music and drinks on the water. ABSOLUTELY NO PETS!!! Our last renter decimated this house and yard with pets and we just finished a very large, expensive renovation so this policy is strictly enforced.

Lovely Stay

My kids and I had a wonderful stay! The property owners are AMAZING! Could not ask for better care and attention to our needs. They also make killer kettle corn 😉. It's not always easy to find people as authentic as them. I would recommend any of their properties to guests.

Remote Worker

We both are able to work remotely at times. I prefer to work outside when in FL. Nice patio! When I asked to hook up an extension cord for my laptop they provided one right away. Very quick to respond! Nice location!

just what I needed

plans for my vacation pivoted drastically when I broke my leg shortly before leaving. Fortunately this property was still suitable and with a number of very reassuring messages from the owners I felt comfortable staying there and so glad I made the trip. Property clean and renovated, easy access and well situated (mostly as a location for Grapefruit games for us). They also helped me with check out and packing up. I am very appreciative

Immaculately clean

I have been in many VRBO rentals. None as clean as well prepared for my stay as this one. Fran was in communication during the booking process and reminded me to call if we needed her. We were two friends attending spring training games in four parks. This location was great 20 minutes or less from three of the parks and close to restaurants and bars. Everything was comfortable and as advertised.

We've worked thousands of area events and can point you in the direction of anything fun going on around town. And if we're here during your stay you'll be greeted with a large bag of our delicious popcorn.

Why they chose this property

We've lived in this quiet, safe neighborhood for 20 years and love the central location. Our neighbors are mostly families and working age folks and because of our beautiful Florida weather you'll see lots of people walking and biking. There are also two great parks a few miles from the house. RE Olds Park in Oldsmar and Phillippe Park in Safety Harbor.

What makes this property unique

We're very proud of our recent renovation to this property. New tile throughout, two brand new bathrooms with stunning tile shower stalls, a full size laundry room and even the outside grounds were completely done over. If you view the property on Google maps you'll see the transformation from a dull brown house with overgrown foliage to our bright new home and landscaping. A beautiful garden in the back with Areca palms lining the property and the large deck offers a quiet and private place to enjoy the outdoors.
