Ocean View, Infinity Pool, Overlooking Quivira

New luxury boutique condominium development overlooking Sunset Beach and the Quivira community. This brand new 2BD/2BA condo has been meticulously and thoughtfully designed. Enjoy indoor/outdoor living at its finest with a large balcony, plenty of seating for 4 and a gas BBQ. There is direct access to the pool from the patio so no need for an elevator. The condo is extraordinarily spacious and comfortably sleeps 4.

All rooms offer beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean/Sierra Laguna Mountains with amazing sunsets and beautiful night views of the city lights. CPR features; large infinity edge pool, 2 fire pits (coming soon), 2 jacuzzis, fitness center (coming soon), large sunbathing deck and free underground parking. Located adjacent to the 2nd entrance gate of Quivira & only 1.5 miles to the marina (100 peso Uber ride).

Note: While there is minimal construction going on near the pool, the balcony off the master bedroom has partially blocked views. Work to be completed by December, 2025.

Guests have access to the pool and Jacuzzis on property. Guests also have access to Quivira and can move freely within the community. There are multiple food consumption centers, including The Market at Quivira and the Steakhouse. Beach Access (not to swim due to strong currents), Thursday organic market, Amakiri and other events are also included with your stay.

One of our hosts will meet you at the property upon your arrival. They can assist in booking any activities for you as well. Please let us know ahead of time if you want to book anything before your arrival.

Beautiful property. Great views. Comfy beds, nice appliances, good pots, good knives too. Tap water, fridge water and ice was filtered. Quick internet. Everything one could need for a great stay - shampoo, conditioner, q tips, tissue, paper towels even body lotion!!

It was a peace heaven, from the peace and quiet to the plush comfort to the accessible mobility around town. Staff was everything you expected, Salvador was perfect, he had answers for questions and solutions for problems. He help me plan my wife 50th bday. Amazing Condo very beautiful

Our condo was so beautiful and well taken care of. The area was also very nice and quiet. The whole booking process in general was a breeze and the host(s) were easily available for any questions. We did have a few problems throughout our stay and but our concierge Salvador, was always available and helped with issues as they came along. We are very thankful for him. Unfortunately, the jacuzzi was still under construction so we couldn't enjoy it. Lastly, we unfortunately had a bad encounter with another resident that caused us to have a rather unpleasant experience for the reminder of our vacation. Again, we spoke to Salvador immediately and explained our concerns. Other than that everything was pleasant.
