This welcoming single-family home is the perfect place for your next getaway. With 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, it comfortably sleeps 6 guests in two queen beds and a daybed with a trundle. The living area is spacious, with vaulted ceilings, lots of natural light, and plenty of room for everyone to gather. From the oversized deck, you can enjoy stunning views of Mt. Buffalo and Red Mountain while overlooking the fenced-in backyard. Located just a short distance from Rainbow Park and downtown Silverthorne, this home is ideally situated for your stay.

On the main level, the open floor plan includes a fully-stocked kitchen, a cozy dining area, and a welcoming living room. The living room is perfect for family gatherings and is equipped with a Smart TV, gas-burning fireplace, and a selection of children's toys. The living room opens onto the spacious private deck, complete with a hot tub, where you can relax and take in the incredible mountain views. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including cookware, tableware, and stainless steel appliances. There is seating for four at the breakfast bar and six at the dining table. A half-bath and a laundry/mud room with a full washer/dryer are also located on this level. An initial supply of laundry detergent is provided for your convenience. The private 2-car garage is just beyond the laundry room.

Upstairs, you will find three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The primary bedroom is located at the end of the hallway and features a queen bed, Smart TV, walk-in closet, armchair, dresser, and an en suite bathroom with a two-sink vanity, a stand-alone shower, and a jetted bathtub. The two guest bedrooms are located at the top of the stairs. The first guest bedroom offers a queen bed and a Smart TV, and the second guest bedroom has a flatscreen TV and a daybed with a trundle. The full guest bathroom is located in the hallway and has a shower/tub combination. All bathrooms are stocked with towels and an initial supply of toiletries. If you need additional sleeping arrangements, a queen-size air mattress is available, and sheets can be found in a closet.

We are also in the resort and have the longest business hours of any management company. VACATION RENTALS VS. HOTELS Booking a vacation rental is like staying at the house of a friend. In this vacation rental you will experience significantly more space, privacy, or comforts that feel like home, including a kitchen and a location that is beyond what most hotels can offer. All this at a significantly lower cost than a hotel with comparable features. These benefits bring different considerations than a hotel. More privacy means that most guests do not want daily housekeeping. We offer a check-out clean and, for an added fee, mid-stay cleans. We also offer a starter supply of some consumables, including coffee, paper towels, toilet paper and more, but these items are not restocked during a stay. A kitchen allows you to make home-cooked meals. Guests will likely visit the store to purchase groceries. Self-sufficiency is key to a happy stay in a vacation rental. We do provide housekeeping and 24/7 maintenance, but this is primarily for properties in between stays.
