Great vacation rental for our family! The house had everything we needed!! Great for our young children. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the dishes, pots/pans, utensils… everything!! Loved the hot tub and quiet neighborhood.

Wonderful stay

The home is exactly as described. Very spacious, well stocked, close to everything, easy to access and perfect for ski trips to Breck and Keystone. The host is very communicative and helpful. I highly recommend.

Great spot

The house was very comfortable and the open floor plan was perfect for everyone. 20 min to ABasin and Copper Mtn. The whole place was clean and stocked with nice amenities. The beds slept good and the towels are hotel grade. Hot tub was clean and worked great with views too. We will definitely be back.

Family ski trip

The house was perfect for our stay. We skied at Copper Mountain which was a short drive from the house. In the evenings we soaked in the hot tub! The kitchen was perfect for evening meals. I highly recommend.

Nice Base Camp

Stayed here while on a trip to climb some 14ers. Definitely enjoyed the hot tub after a long day of hiking! Place was clean and had everything we needed. Really enjoyed the fact that we didn't have to do alot of cleaning before checkout. Only note would be to make sure you find the fans and turn them on at night if you stay in the summer as it got a little hot at night with no a/c.

Wonderful stay!

We came out skiing for a long weekend. Home was in a great location. Close to everything: grocery stores, ski rentals, shopping, and several ski hills. The Summit Shuttle route was nearby. House/kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. Lots of room to spread out. Loved the gas fireplace. It was nice to be able to park in the garage.

Spacious home

This is a spacious home with lots of room for our family of six (ages 15 and up) to spread out and enjoy. The home is located conveniently to all the things that make Silverthorne attractive (shopping, the Blue River, Dillon and Frisco and I70).

Peaceful and relaxing

This lovely home in Silverthorn was perfect for a get away in the mountains. It was very clean and welcoming upon arrival. We had plenty of room, and the deck was spacious. The shopping and dining were all great experiences. The home is, unfortunately, located in a rundown neighborhood, with very limited views of the mountains. Still, a great affordable option for families with small children. Lots of toys!!!!

Great Location Good Place

Location was great, amenities were great with two exceptions. I understand location is in the Rockie Mountains but front door was not accessible due to built up snow and ice. Having the garage and access that way was a plus. Secondly, the bed in the master bedroom squeaked with every move. Bottom line, we would come back and stay again.

Hot tub was really nice. TV is a smart TV and there is no cable lines going to it. So if you want to use local channels you will need to use an app to get them . Overall we liked staying here.

The management company was prettyinflexible about check in time, check out time. We were 3 senior arriving on out of state flights, one of our party is infirm medically. We asked if we could check in early and pretty much were told absolutely not, same with check out. 4:30 check in and 10:00 check out is far from normal.

When we walked in the door, the first thing I noticed was how clean and fresh everything was, without strong smells of air fresheners blowing you away. It was spotless, which is greatly appreciated. Having 2 small grandchildren, the toy area was so nice, as well as having gates on both ends of the stairs. The house was completely supplied with everything we needed, and was very comfortable to be able to just relax and enjoy being together as a family. It was also a great location!

Good spot for ski trip

My friends and I stayed here in February 2024 for a ski trip and it was nearly perfect for what we needed. The house was clean and conveniently located. Very spacious kitchen, dining room, and living room. We greatly enjoyed the hot tub as well. However, the driveway was only partially cleared which made parking and entering the garage a challenge, and the front walk/doorstep was completely covered with snow, making the house only accessible via the garage. Additionally, the living room furniture was quite old and rundown. To be fair, these were minor inconveniences, and I normally wouldn't mention it if this place was run by an individual/family. However, this house is run by a vacation rental company, and for the price they are charging, you'd expect a little better.

Main Amenity NEVER Worked - Never Fixed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Specifically booked this as had Private Hot Tub. Within 1 hour of arrival we called VRBO office to say hot tub was not working. Tried to troubleshoot several options without luck. First call was told other priorities to fix for other people. Called again 2nd day. On 3rd day a person came to fix the oven that was broken, but no service order to fix the hot tub. Called every day. They said they had to order new parts. Was offered a measly 10% refund but it is very clear the amenity did not work at all even before we arrived. Location was good, layout was good but there was SO must dust inside, you could see it in the air. Definitely need to put the humidifiers here on MAX as the air inside the house with the AC system was at 30% humidity. DRY! Have lived in CO before, but this house is the worst have ever stayed. VRBO could not have cared less that our amenity was broken, and wouldn't work at all for our stay - all they wanted was our money. Zero customer service to make amends for a customer paying near $500/night for this property and not getting at all what they paid for. Never using VRBO again.
