We were very happy with the condo/home! It was very clean and accommodated the 5 of us with room to spare. It was well maintained and the kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and cookware for making meals; crockpot, 9X13 pans, cookie sheets, etc...If we had a question or concern the owner responded in a timely manner.It was a great experience and would recommend it to friends and family.

We had a wonderful week! The house was well appointed, close to town, and very comfortable. The hot tub was great on the cool summer nights. Plenty of room for all three families! Beds were all very comfortable. Close to good hiking trails.

Yearly ski trip

What a wonderful house! We enjoyed the quiet and spacious layout. The girls made the lower level their bunks, and the boys took upstairs. Having a garage to pull into when it snowed was a lifesaver. The hot tub made for a fun experience after skiing.

Good location. Liked the living room and kitchen area. Nice hot tub. One of the showers wasn’t working, and when we called the managing company they said maintenance would come fix it which never happened so we had to go to Lowe’s then repair it ourselves.

Spring Skiing getaway with friends and family

We stayed here over spring break with kids and family for a Keystone ski trip. The place is conveniently located 3-5 mins from the main shopping area, it had plenty of room for all of us, and was as described in the listing. There was a minor delay with the check-in, but the owner was prompt to reply and provide clarification and a remediation. Despite that minor inconvenience, it is a great place that we'd definitely stay again.

We loved this house. Everything was clean and organized, The beds were very comfortable, and the hot tub was perfect at all times. The space is big and beautiful. We used the grill and had plenty of propane to enjoy a big family meal. The one minor issue was there were not enough towels , bath mats, or washcloths. I would’ve loved to have a few “beach” towels for when we used the hot tub. Other than that, our stay was great, and we would undoubtedly book this property again!

Great property

When we arrived the hot tub was broken but it was fixed by the second day. There was ALOT of snow on the decks (2-3 feet) making them unusable. It was frozen ice which made it impossible to clear off. Otherwise the property managers were very informative and helpful. The property was well stocked with sleds and firewood. Great location.

Good size with convenient location

We comfortably fit two families into this house, and appreciated the way the kids bedroom was away from the kitchen/living room space to allow adults to hang out after bedtime. If you have little kids who are afraid of being farther away, the bunk room is dow stairs by itself so might be less ideal but it was perfect for us. The beds were all comfortable with plenty of pillows and extra blankets. The kitchen is well equipped, and has both both a drip coffee maker and Keurig. The only downside was that the hottub wasn't working which we had really been looking forward to. Otherwise we were very happy and would stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location especially if skiing at Breck. 30 minutes from Vail, so not bad, unless you plan to ski at Vail everyday, would then suggest staying closer to Vail since end of day drive can be a drag especially if snowing. Tub needs repairs and more regular cleaning. Overall cleanliness was good. Lightbulbs need more regular replacing so they don’t flicker all the time (small thing, but annoying). Drains were slow, which implies they aren’t cleaned very often. Again small stuff to address, but these minor issues suggest the home is a rental, which can be impactful to guests.

The kitchen is large, well equipped and allows for several cooks at the same time. The FP provides a cozy feel and wood is provided. The jacuzzi was also enjoyed several days during our stay. Plus the location is great with easy access to restaurants, groceries and highways. My only request is that an additional shovel be placed in the garage. We didn’t find the existing shovel until our last day as someone put it on the front deck and it was hidden from view. Because we didn’t find the shovel we were unable to clear the snow packed steps to the front door so we could only use the garage entrance. Overall, highly recommend this place.

Broken Hot Tub

My boys were excited to check in after a full day of snowboarding only to find that the hot tub was broken. The property manager was in communication with me about the check in process but NEVER even mentioned that it was broken! This was the ONLY reason that I booked this property so we were terribly disappointed. Should someone had given us a "heads up," maybe I could have tempered my kids expectations. But no, I guess they were hoping that maybe we just didn't use it. To compensate for our incovenience, they gave me a measly $40 back. What a freakin' joke.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We truly enjoyed our stay at this Silverthorne property. It is a 3 level, timber-style home with ample space & rooms for all our 4 kids. It was extremely well-equipped. Everything was available from cookware to linens to soaps, tissues and other sundries. We were pleasantly surprised when we found a citrus squeezer available (we thought we might need to buy). Each of the bedrooms comes with an ensuite bathroom which was a plus. We loved the community and the neighbors were friendly. There was a big slope behind the house which the kids sled down (by the way, there were even sleds available in the garage). Radiant heating is always a nice bonus to keep the floors warm as well as the house. I really can't complain about much. There was carpet on the lower level and upper level with nice wood floors on the main level. We prefer hard surface floors but that's more of a preference. Would definitely recommend this property.

The home at 31 Buffalo Drive was so cozy, comfortable, beautiful, etc. It offered everything we needed/wanted and more. The amount of space and comfort was crazy! The beds and beddings were super special. The water pressure and showers were awesome. The hot tub was an oasis. We went on vacation to see a lot of Colorado and enjoyed our lodging just as much if not more than the Colorado adventure.

Everything top drawer; appliances, kitchen state of the art. Loved the hot tub and the parking. Stairs were a severe challenge for 76 and 86 year olds. PROPERTY MANAGERS exceptionally responsive. Hot tip: improve quality of toilet paper.
