Beautiful Ocean Front Private Resort Condo Rental by the coconut coast.

Is it time for you to leave the hustle bustle of your life and enter into your own paradise? That is what our condo offers you. Centrally located along the coconut coast of Kauai, surrounded by lush topical landscaping and exhilarating view of the ocean with a short walk to the beach or heated pool, paradise can be yours. Sit on our beautiful lanai and watch the Hawaiian sunset as not experienced anywhere else! Once in a while, you'll see a local visitor; a giant green turtle or a monk seal resting and sunning on the beach in-front of our place in paradise. You can even catch your own meal by fishing, off the beach (please note, all the beach in the State of Hawaii is public). However, if you like to go deep sea fishing, we know the captain of a great charter-our guests loves and enjoy eating their catches. Enjoy a sun rise round of golf nearby along the shore, and be back for lunch and a swim in our heated pool. You could also spend some time at our tennis court, or barbeque (3) next to the pool with a cocktail in your hand and watch the sun set.
Our condo is located at the best spot in paradise, even the ancient Hawaiians selected and build a secred temple 'Heiau'.

Beautiful location. Amazing views.

Located perfectly in the middle of north and south coasts. Also has walking distance to shopping restaurants and beachfront bars. Definitely will be staying here again!!

Perfect Location

Perfect location to experience all that Kauai has to offer. On a lovely beach, close to restaurants and shopping, and midway between the north and south coasts. Great hosts. My fiancée and I truly enjoyed our stay.

Although dated the unit was very clean and comfortable and included a couple of unexpected amenities like a walking stick, snorkeling fins and umbrella. Would stay again.

The property is beautiful. Nice private beach and great swimming pool. The unit has everything you need and the view from the lani is amazing. 2 minute walk to lava lave beach club for great food and drinks with an ocean view.

Comfortable condo on the beautiful Lae Nani beach. Very close to Kapa'a and Wailua. Great communication from Wayne. Thoughtful touches like beach towels, chairs and coolers. Would stay here again.

Lovely Resort and Great Location

Condo is clean and large. The landscaping really adds to the resort. We enjoy swimming and the pool is a comfortable temperature and large. The view from the lanai is spectacular and Wayne earns a gold star for communication.

Everything we needed was available except for shampoo and bath soap, but market was nearby. Comfy bed. Side gate and pool gate codes were wrong, but easily rectified. Favorite spot was the back deck with superb views.

Quiet, Beautiful Getaway

Property was as described and beautiful. Location was perfect for us. Furniture and fixtures could use some updating however battling the moisture can be difficult. There were some rusty beach items available for use. Overall the stay was nice and we would stay there again.

We had the nicest trip. Wayne the owner was very communicative with us as was the property manager Bernadette. The condo was clean and well stocked. The garden on the property is stunning. It was just right and it is very conveniently located next to restaurant and shopping options. We would definitely stay at this condo again.

Five star lodging in Kapaa

Great view, quiet, private, clean and well-equipped -- we really enjoyed our stay at the Lae Nani condo in Kapaa. The beach has beautiful tidepools to explore at low tide and the "fishpond" style swimming area is beautiful. There's an interesting outdoor mall just a 5-minute walk from the condo with a Jojo's Shave Ice place in it that is great. It's such a convenient location for exploring the island. We had a wonderful time staying here.

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. The central location is excellent, easy drive to either side of the island. The condo itself is very comfortable and exactly as shown in pictures. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and well kept, the pool area is very nice. Next door is lava lava beach club, a delicious and fun restaurant right on the beach. Good shopping right next door and grocery stores close by. Everything was wonderful!

Beautiful, Quiet Property with Lovely Landscaping

Beautiful place, loved the view of the ocean from our living room and lanai. We're from Missouri and didn't miss the a/c. Used the fan in the bedroom to drown out the roosters in the wee hours of the morning. Easy walk to the local bakery and marketplace and restaurants. Great location -- about 30 to 40 minutes to get to the north side or south side. Would definitely stay here again!

Dated but charming and good enough

Spent a week here with my husband and had a decently pleasant stay. Our property manager was friendly and welcoming upon arrival. Our bath towels were dirty but we found an extra set in the dresser so it was fine. There was a pest control fumigation while we were there which was concerning. Overall, the apartment was dated but spacious and had all of the necessities. Balcony view was gorgeous. We didn’t spend much time on the complex other than for sleeping and cooking breakfast. The kitchen is old and appliances/utensils are subpar but it got the job done for cooking eggs and bacon for breakfast. Location is perfect if you want to drive and explore the entire island — about 45 mins to Princeville or Poipu, and also lots to do and see in Kapa’a. It’s certainly not a luxurious place and I wouldn’t recommend it to someone who was looking for that kind of experience. The ad says that they know a captain who can take you fishing – my husband loves to fish and was disappointed when our property manager didn’t know anyone and asked us to google excursions ourselves. While it’s easy enough to access this information on your own, it should be taken down from the ad as it is misleading. On our last day, housekeeping came by 3 times and tried to open our door well before checkout (the last time successfully while I was in the restroom). We found this hugely inappropriate and I don’t think we would stay here again because of this.

My wife and I had vacationed all over the world and the Ahola State, this is the best location, and we decided to buy our vacation home here.
Kauai best features; the spectacular cliffs of Napali Coast, Corel reefs and golden-sand beaches, topical rain forests, deep canyons and tangled valley, plus many waterfalls.
Acivities: Shopping and Dining, swimming and Snorkeling - walking distance, Golf, Kayaking, Zip line, Kite surfing and long boarding - short distances. Lihue Airport is only 7.2 miles away, seved by several airlines with direct and connecting flight from the main land, as well as the world.
Our units is recently listed with VRBO, and our Hawaiian GE & TAT # is W30045726-01

What makes this property unique

Your can enjoy a sunrise walk or a jog along the coconut coast, or do other out door activites, at your own pace.
A barbeque area is available for use next to the pool for all our residents and guests at this magnificent one bedroom 1.5 bathroon condo.
Our unit have recently been renovated and Wi-Fi is available, for free.
