3rd floor ocean & pool view. Our condo hotel room offers one of the best views on the property! If a gorgeous well kept resort is what you're looking for, look no further. Enjoy a cup of coffee in your room or your lanai looking at and listening to the waves. Our room has a small fridge to keep your afternoon cocktails cold after your Kauai adventures or enjoy one at the resort's poolside bar. There are 4 pools surrounded by lush, meticulously kept landscaping which is truly paradise. Building 3 has been recently renovated and the room updated. The king sized bed will afford a luxurious night's rest in the AC or with ocean breezes. Our unit offers Tommy Bahama beach chairs to borrow for your island adventures at the gorgeous beaches of Kauai along with a cooler for lunch and drinks.
We will provide you with beach/pool towels. We provide Pantene hair products and body wash to lighten your packing. You have free in room wifi and cable tv. You can do laundry on site.
The resort awaits those who want to "stay back". Enjoy 2 hot tubs and a refreshing swim in 1 of 4 pools. Enjoy dinner at Shutters or lunch at the poolside bar. Stop at the resort store for souvenirs and sunscreen.
As a VRBO, we offer all of your linens and for any issues during your stay you can contact your island host during your stay. You can contact the front desk for key issues and may contact the concierge for advice. You can use all of the amenities of the resort but not linens, pool towels, or participate in hula or lei making classes. Because of this, you get the same experience at a better price without a daily resort fee. Rooms here generally start at $250/nt. Plus you get the use of beach chairs, in room coffee/supplies and unlimited bath products. At your expense, you may request mid-stay room refresh linens for stays >7 days if you request prior to your stay. Island dreams await you...

Great spot

It's a great place to stay. Amazing view from the room. The room was great. No complaints there. The resort could use a renovation. The roof leaked bad in the hallways when it rained. Lot of broken tiles around the pool.

This property was just as described however, the view from the room is unimaginable! Best ocean view room ive ever booked for a vacation. The description just doesnt give the view enough justice. Would definitely book with this owner and this specific property! Thank you- amazing trip we had and thank you for the use of chairs, noodles and cooler!

Great location!

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay. The room was fairly basic but the resort was quite lovely and we enjoyed the mile of walkable beach. The location was perfect, just outside of Kappa’a which we loved and not too far from either coasts!
