Beautiful Monument Getaway - next to golf course!

Come relax in this newly remodeled 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath townhouse. Located steps away from an award winning golf course at the base of the beautiful Colorado National Monument. This modern townhouse features two patios to enjoy this relaxed setting with beauty all around you. GJ offers so much to do and see whether its hiking, biking, sightseeing, and of course golfing. The golf course clubhouse is a short walk where you can enjoy drinks and meals. Once here you will not want to leave!
The Master bedroom has a King size bed and a luxurious master bathroom. The master bedroom walks out to a large patio where you can relax with morning coffee or evening wine! There is a second bedroom on the main floor with a queen bed, and a third bedroom upstairs with another queen bed. A queen size air mattress with frame can easily accommodate 2 more for groups of 8. There is a balcony patio on the front side of the townhouse, perfect for bbqs. Perfect for watching the sunset over the Monument!

Clean, quiet, nicely updated.

Lovely unit with lots of comfortable seating in the living and dining area. Very comfortable beds and excellent location. Well-stocked kitchen, room for 2 cooks to prepare food and clean up. Nice view of some of the cliffs of the Colorado National Monument. Very quiet neighbors and location. About 10-15 minutes to town and convenient to wineries.

Very nice quiet location

Great place to stay! Outside of town but close enough to drive in and do things. I loved the outdoor seating areas - that's always my favorite part. I will definitely stay here again when I come back to Grand Junction.

Excellent!!!

Super cute, well maintained, very well stocked townhouse in a nice neighborhood! I am super picky about cleanliness and this place was CLEAN! The bedding was new and nice. The AC worked great! It’s close to hiking too.
