Lots of room, everything we needed.

Lots of space, quality beds, well equiped kitchen. My friends and I travelled to the area for a dirt Bike trip. Great access to North Fruita OHV and only minutes to the I70 to hit Rabbit Valley. We like to cook and the kitchen was great. The yard was relaxing and the garage was perfect for working on bikes and chilling outside with the firepit. Everything was as described, in good order, and lots of room. The basement (pool table and big screen) was a comfortable gathering place for everyone when it cooled down at night. We usually stay in Moab, but the value in Fruita cant be ignored.

Perfect home for family of groom to stay together

Sons wedding 6 miles away on a ranch. Having garage a benefit to store a lot of Decorations. Also great parking to leave vehicles to have limo pick people up.
