There are four of us senior ladies and we had a great time in Grand Junction. The house was located in a very nice location and easy to get around town. The deck was great for coffee in the mornings and drinks in the evening. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean and fresh.

The view coming in and out of the subdivision is gorgeous. My 14 year old grandson took so many sunset pictures that were amazing. The owner was very nice and communicated well. I would definitely stay here again with my family.

Great location !

Excellent place to stay with good location to family and the mall. Did not know it was a split-level design but this provided lots of space for all the adults. Very clean and loved all the antique furniture especially the dressers in the rooms. Thank you!

We had a comfortable stay in this convenient Grand Junction location. With two bedrooms and a full bath on the main level, two bedrooms and full bath on the lower level this house offers plenty of sleeping areas. There are also two separate living room spaces as well which gives lots of space to hang out and relax.

Perfect for our family

My husband and I and our two adult children with their significant others stayed at this nice town home before a wedding. The place was perfect for us all. We had plenty of room to not feel on top of each other. My son in law liked the extra tv room where he could watch sports. The yard was perfect for our two dogs. The place was very clean. The Neighborhood was quiet and close to everything we needed. Would stay here again.

Clean and Quiet

We were in town for A Girl & A Gun National Conference at Cameo and our other VRBO fell through so we had to scramble to find a new one. Thankfully this great property was available because it met the needs of our group. It was clean, quiet and in a great location. The photos on the website don’t do it justice for how cute everything is appointed.

Owner decided to enter when she wants with renters there

The rental was fine up until the point where the owner decided to enter the property with no notice whatsoever. When you are renting your property, you should not enter at all until they are gone, unless you give them notice. I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t mind her coming in at her own free will with your stuff there.

Host was unreachable, we were unable to get into property

I hesitate to write this because all the parties involved have apologized. It doesn't change the negative and traumatizing experience I had at this property. I reached out to the "guest contact"/local host via email and text with a few questions prior to my stay and never heard back. In retrospect, that was a huge red flag. Apparently this person was out of the country and did not set up the door code for our stay. The management company, Evolve, was unable to help as they had no way to access the property either. This left my family scrambling to find 2 dog-friendly hotel rooms at the last minute on a holiday weekend. I also had to buy a pack and play for my baby to sleep in. I've been told that this will never happen again. I hope that is true!

Just a heads up

I’m only writing this review because I feel the last reviews were written by people the home owner knows (family or friends) or she wrote them herself. As much as I would love to give a 5 star review, I can’t provide false information for future renters. I’m hoping this review helps the owners provide a more comfortable experience for future tenants. Let me start with the positives; yes the house was clean, from the front yard to the back yard, it was spotless. The yard was well maintained for the dogs. The negative about the yard was the backyard property line fence has a man gate that was broken. When we arrived the gate was laying against the fence so there was a huge gap into the neighbors backyard. We had to move the gate which was fine, except it didn’t stay up and we had to pick it up every time we let the dogs out. Worrying about that was annoying. *Owner did text me after we checked out asking where the gate was?!? (Not sure what I’d possibly do with a gate) but she did mention maybe the company that is fixing it took the gate. This should have been fixed before anyone checked into the home. Especially being a dog friendly rental. The bath towels and hand towels provided were sub-par*. I recommend bringing your own towels unless the home owner upgrades these items. They reminded me of the floor towels used in hotel bathrooms. The toilet paper- house comes fully stocked with rough single ply paper. I also recommend bringing your own or stopping at the grocery store for your preferred brand. This also goes for the paper towels. The last thing and the most important thing that was extremely hard for us to deal with was the rooms/beds. There is no master room which is fine, but there’s no “master bed” all beds in this home are FULL size beds. Making it extremely difficult for my husband and I to sleep together. Not only were all 4 of these beds small, they were all extremely uncomfortable. We literally tried all but one because that mattress’s springs were rough to just sit on. There was no way we were sleeping on it. One of the mattress’s downstairs was alright. But definitely not alright enough to come back again. The other thing that we didn’t understand about the home was there is ONE tv, downstairs…away from the kitchen/living/entertainment area. We like to watch tv or have the tv on before bed time, it’s always nice to have down time before bed. Having one tv downstairs away from the main areas was inconvenient

We had, therefore, not yet fixed the gate ahead of their stay. - We will look into replacing the towels. - We use Charmin toilet paper and apologize if this brand didn't meet your personal preferences. - All of the beds in the home are queen-sized, as advertised on our listings. Great Family Reunion

The home is CLEAN! I felt safe letting my baby crawl everywhere. The home is cozy and comfortable. This kitchen is well stashed with spices and other essentials. There is a portable crib with sheets, high chair, child plates, flat wear, sippy cups and baby gates to make traveling with babies and toddlers fun. There is a park two doors down . If we had brought our pet, there is a fenced back yard. I wanted to take my mattress home with me! The host left us fresh flowers, coffee and creamer to get our trip started. This is in a lovely neighborhood, close to everything. We will definitely stay here again! The national monument and BLM land make great areas for hiking and mountain biking.

Wonderful Place to Stay!

Enjoyed our family reunion stay in Grand Junction! What a beautiful area! The home we stayed in was warm, cozy, spacious and well furnished! The beds were comfortable, and there were 2 bedrooms and 1 bath on each floor! There was a portable crib, high chair and baby gates provided for my grand babies. There was a open grass park two doors down where the kids could run. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pots and pans, coffee and spices. All in all I hope to come visit this area again soon and will definitely stay here again!

You'll love this house if you want to relax on your vacation

What a great house! It's huge and it is so clean! I could tell that all the blankets and shower curtains get washed (a lot of places don't bother) and not with perfume chemical filled detergents. I'm super allergic to a lot of things, there aren't any heavy chemical smells, just an air freshener in the bathroom. I also love that there aren't a ton of TV's everywhere, there's a place for bikes and the yard for pets. I love that the owner takes the trash out so I don't have to haul it to the curb with my bad shoulder. I don't like all the extra chores you get from most vacation rentals, it's great that I don't have to strip beds either. I also love how big this house is for the money: it has 2 living rooms, 2 dining areas, an enormous kitchen and back deck, and it's in a super quiet neighborhood.
