Large wrap around deck with grilling and plenty of seating to relax and overlook the lake. Outside games available, including cornhole, ladder golf, and lawn jenga. Property is lakefront but on a shallow cove. Town boat landing and swimming is 1.5 miles away on Chase Mills Road. Sunrise Trail is less than 2.5 miles away. Great central location for Downeast Maine activities, roughly 35 minutes to Quoddy Head Lighthouse and State Park, 25 minutes to the Roque Bluffs State Park and Beach, 20 minutes to Jasper Beach, 40 minutes to Campobello Island, and 55 minutes to the St. Stephen Border Crossing.

Beautiful Lakehouse

I basically lived here for 3 months and didn’t want to leave. This property is amazing and has everything you would ever need. The owners are amazing as the house, I highly recommend this property!!!

Perfect getaway in a beautiful home

Nine of us enjoyed our stay here over a long weekend to ATV the Downeast Sunrise Trail. We travelled from this home to Ellsworth and back one day and to Calais and back the following day. I kayaked and fished on the lake. Hannaford and Dunkin were only a few miles away. The home was clean and beautiful! The deck is stunning plenty of seating for all of us to enjoy a BBQ and games at dinner and morning coffee overlooking the lake and listening to the loons. We loved that the linens, towels, pots/ pans, trashbags, and soo many more essentials were included. I had several questions before the trip for the owner and we received responses quickly. I highly recommend and we look forward to staying here again.
