I would like to mention, The estate belongs to an artists/educator and the furnishings are cool chic to rustic for a learning eperience filled with heartwarming momentos and kitsch! with a very,
groovy vibe. This is for that special family or group that thrives on art anf stimulation, sports, llts of amenities etc.
We are not just a house with heated pool, hot tub, chef's kitchen (the same kitchen Billy Joel has since we used the same interior decorator) ) and pickleball and tennis, We are a wonderful getaway with numerous sports activities and amenities unequal in any other rental. And if you have children this is definitely the only place for you since we have levels of fun geared to children and adults of all ages. We are a combination of Hamptons estate meet the Catskills meets camp meets the Hilton Hotel, imo

Plus we do far more for your enjoyment, one of a kind stay than any other rental on all vrbo!! imo, Fact. we make the beds for you with clean linens, amke the beds leave you fresh, clean towels, full, chef's kitchen with all the pots, plates pans, etc etc no other host does that, and that is a very special courtesy we extend to you...
And the planning and effort that goes into each and every one of our wonderful rentals is unheard of with any other rental....I feel we are very cost-effective since out competition gets $60k a month to offer what we do for almost 1/2 the price that they do and we bring 3 times the fun, sports and amenities to this place than any other rental on all vrbo, imo.
Please, those interested in booking do not request a booking without emailing me first or calling. I am interested to know how many people, what the ages are, what the occasion is and how many day visitors not sleeping over but just attending if any. There were 18 of us 3 generations. The outdoor space was fantastic the kids had a wonderful time. Beaches were close by and only a few minutes from town. Mark was a great host very accommodating and helpful with the lay of the land.

Beautiful pool and patio

Kids loved the pool - clean and refreshing. Had to use Tiana beach - great beach, clean, not crowded. House could use some repairs though. Overall great vacation.

Thank you, Steve. Glad you and the children had a great time. I'm sure the children also loved the beach volleyball, hot tub, tennis, basketball and arcade games, fun lower level and all our amenities, which we challenge any other rental to match. I think we are the best bang for your buck around, and our return renters would agree. I think you will agree i was most attentive to all your needs, and would love to have you guys come back. As for repairs. we don't let anything remain unrepaired for long; unknown to me 3 blinds were busted during your stay and i think you are also referring to the pool gate, which we had operational, but it seemed to take forever to replace that gate and the other rear gate since we ordered new gates and new child proof 54" pool top latches, the childproof types, to meet the town code and new gates were necessary to fit the new childproof, 54" latches . Sorry It took a while for the manufacturer to complete our order (30 days) and just installed the new child proof gates on our pool fence. Now it looks great and love the black on white hinges and latches. However, With the wear and tear one gets from our faithful families; it is a repair as you go, and ask my contractor, Jerry, we've been pretty busy with improvements this season always adding great attractions, like: new saltwater pool, new Sun tTek state of the art solar pool heater, new Somona pool table, new town code child proof 54" latches and pool gates, new washing machine, new overhead microwave, to name a few and every season we are always adding fun and wonderful activities, amenities and fun stuff. This is my commitment to try and make the place better than previou years. Again Thank you for your courtesy of selecting us and I hope you give us another chance to prove to you why we are truly the number 1 choice and 37 reviews out of 40, (5 stars) . We believe we are most attentive to repairs and currently, knock wood, ;) I think we are all up to date. Even installed new draperies and curtains in addition to replacing new blinds to replace the 3 unsightly damaged ones. Anyone who doesn't know to release the left turn rod before pulling on the right side cord will break the blinds. It is a chronic nuisance. I have no doubt we will need to replace more blinds before this season is over. :0) Thanks again.

Overall, we had a great time

The pool, hot tub and tennis court were wonderful and we really used them. The owner of the home was very responsive both before and during our stay, and we appreciated this. There were lots of bedrooms and a good kitchen, so it could accommodate an extended family with babies. The only concern is that the house needs work (e.g. none of the blinds worked) and is quite cluttered. We could deal with this, but it is not for everyone. The owner should put some effort into fixing it up for tenants.

Thank you, Adiran. We are so glad to hear that your fmily had the very best time. And we thank you for selecting our place out of the many many homes you first inquired about. Adrian must be the best grandmother anywhere. This trip meant so much to her as a treat to her extended family of 3 generations. And you bet we made sure everyone had the best memories ever! That is what we are all about, And we were was most attentive we must have had 10 calls back and forth for her questions and we were there for all her needs before and during her extended August stay. I'd like to point out that unfortunately we relied on a plumber and paid him $2k to insatll a sump pump and water exhaust system for the new dehumdiifer in the basement. he failed at this since he never tested the system and we hooked the dehumidifer up to this line. Well, you guessed it it was leaking wter in the ping pong basement room. I had an epithany and resolved that the leak must be coming from that new water exhaust line which it was. So I resolved it asap and asked Adrian if the workers could repair the damaged sheet rock ceiling and it would only tak 2 hours. She said no she preferreed not to have workers there while she was staying so we agreed to wait until she departed. Also my clean up crew tell sme the screen door was busted. I mean totally detraoyed during her stay, and that was not the case when she arrived. we installed a brand new screen door asap. Also as for the blinds. There is nothing wrong with any of the blinds. in fact we recently installed 6 new blnds to relpace slightly damaged ones, that were working just slightly worn; previoulsy to her stay the weather was unbearably hot and the renters closed all the blinds to avoid direct southern exposure. the blinds she is referring to had the cord placed in the rear by the previous renters for whatever reason and should have been placed in the front. They work fine. In fact after correction, they pulled up just like they were meant to. As for the c;utter: just after her departure before reading he review I saw the kitchen had too many brooms and mops and cleaning supplies in the corner of the kitchen and looked cluttered so i had them all removed. As for all our amneities, games, arcade vieo games, pool table, ping pong table, media rooms, and some of the most fun items you will find anywhere, our repeat renters wouldn't want us to remove a thing! Thank you Adrain we would love to have you all back. m

One of the filthiest summer house I've ever seen...

When we arrived, we were very surprised to see that website pictures were quite different from...reality. Firstly, half of the bedrooms are located in a dark basement. Bathrooms are old and filthy. The kitchen was ok but we had only 10 glasses available for a party of 15 people! All the furniture (outdoor and indoor) are old-dated and dirty with a lot of stains everywhere. The jacuzzi's water turned greenish after a couple of hours of use, so we stepped away very quickly. For the rest, do not trust the pictures. I got plenty that i can show to you. My only advice...walk away and very quickly as they are so many beautiful houses in the neighborhood.

i tried my best to accommodate this renter in every way First we have 3 brand new bathrooms. I mean brand new so how could they be old and messy? However too many renters more then we were tolld would account for any messiness. Secondly, of the 8 bedrooms we advertise NONE of them are located downstairs, only one the 9th is downstairs and that is a legal bedroom with 2 large size windows. so how there could be more bedrooms in the 'dark basement' then on the main floor and upstairs is beyond me. The rental had mistakenly turned the downstairs dimmer light all the way down which explains why it was 'dark.' I do take responsibility that the power washer guy was called back to power wash the outdoor funriture and did the best job the 2nd time around. As for the place being messy. We have the best cleaning service and i counted at least 15 children in this group .. Put that many kids in any outdoor hot tub and the water will turn green. lol.. our hot tub service empties the water every week with new water. Also immediately renter said there were not enough glasses. The fact that there were 35 wine glasses of all different sizes available puzzled me. the renter said, 'children cannot drink from wine glasses but again believing the customer always correct i went out immediately to buy new glasses. Another issue was the renter could not start the brand new Char broil BBQ grill and said it was not working even after he obviously saw the heat quickly approaching 400 degrees and getting warmer. lol.. it was working beautifully. so i said it must have been clogged to make the renter feel better The biggest issue i had with this rental they caused a water leak of the 2 person indoor jacuzzi that leaked downstairs and after examination by my plumber he said the leak had been caused by 'fooling around' in the indoor jacuzzi amd splashing so much that it caused this leak downstaits. I was even courteous to apologize for this issue. My neighbors tell me how our home is the nicest in the area, again i dispute the renters claim that the neighbors houses are nicer, cleaner or in better shape, imo. also i challenge any interested parties to come out and see this place for themselves and then make their own decision. See the review on our website by a real professional And we challenge anyone to find more luxury, amenities and fun/ comfort at our cost effective prices anywhere else. we really pride ourselves in our value.

Group getaway

As far as the host goes, Mark was incredibly responsive and helpful. In the weeks leading up to the stay, I had a lot of questions and Mark was quick to answer all of them. During our stay, we had some questions and issues that Mark was also quick to address. What we loved about the house: - Outdoor space (pool, tennis court, basketball court) is phenomenal and really well done - The kitchen is a great size for a big group (we made great use of the two fridges, one for food and one for beverages) - 7 bedrooms in the main house and one in the pool house made it easy to accommodate our big group - Big driveway to fit many cars - Close to train station which made it convenient for those in our group who did not drive What we didn't love: - The pool area could use more umbrellas for shade - The toilet lid in the upstairs bathroom was held together by a bandaid on one side - The bed in the downstairs master suite was just mattresses stacked on top of each other - The cabinets and drawers in the house were sticky and overstuffed with items, which made it difficult to find things - Utensils, dishes, pots and pans in the kitchen were dirty - The cabinets and drawers were also filled with junk (there was a half eaten bag of gummy worms in one of the bedroom cabinets upstairs) - The AC unit in the pool house was musty and could use a filter change - The arcade games, while cool, were also very noisy - The "gym" consisted of a very old treadmill that did not work + a rusted barbell

This is from Michelle's text to me: "The group had a lovely time. The outdoor amenities specifically were great." Why don't i see mention of this in her review ? I'd also like to add my latest review on the other site was a recent 5 stars and out of 44 reviews my average on that site is 4.91. AS for Michelle's concern's: yes the toilet seat top was torn on one side. Her first two arrivals (who by the way commented how great the place looked) that i pointed it out and apologized about the top of the toilet seat being displaced. I had just found that to be the case. But they said don't bother replacing it we don't mind. Perhaps Michelle should have checked with them before .I did replace it as soon as Michele departed. I also had the cleaning crew re-clean all cabinets some were indeed a teeny bit sticky. No one had to tell me to do this. As for the treadmill it does indeed work its just that Michelle never bothered to increase the speed it was on zero. You need to press on up arrow to generate speed. I guess that was too confusing for Michelle. Also she arrived with 3 dogs. And i had to clean up poop all over my new golf putting green with stains on my new turf. (very inconsiderate). and I didn't think any guest has ever called and or texted me more often than Michelle did. As for putting more canopy's around the pool? the canopy's are intentionally put around the outside of the pool area. It has been my experience that no canopy's are needed for sunbathers around the pool on the lounge chairs. They are intentionally set up for sunbathers before jumping into the salt water, heated pool. Who else offers a salt water heated pool? Who offers: new pickle ball court, hard tennis court, shuffleboard, basketball, beach volleyball? i could go on for an entire page of all the sports and games we offer! My last renter gave me a 5 star on cleanliness. Enough said. We try our best to keep the place immaculate. With 7500 sq feet it is a bit challenging but we do a fairly good job on cleanliness, imo. We are shocked that a bedroom cabinet had food in one of the cabinets. Put there by a guest, We will remedy that asap and check every cabinet in all 7 bedrooms. Thanks but no thanks, Michelle. My neighbor charges $5k more for just 3 nights than we do and all they have is a pool and no sports, no games, etc etc....nuff said. Michelle is not welcome back.

All fun and games

This is the Perfect location, for a weekend getaway if you live in the city. This house was filled with lots to do! Pool, jacuzzi, tennis, volleyball outside and video games a great sound system and board games inside. There was no reason to leave the house. My friends and I had a great time! Thanks Mark

Great House And Host

Had a great time at this house for the weekend with a group of my girl friends! The house was spacious, plenty of beds and bathrooms, large kitchen and a great deck with bbq and large pool! Didn’t even want to leave to go anywhere because everything we needed was at the house The Host Mark was fantastic and helpfulness snd easy to get in contact with the entire process of booking and while being at the rental… Definitely a cool house to stay in either with friends or family

Hamptons Retreat

This was an unbelievable experience for us. The owner was very helpful from day one. The check-in process was smooth. The owner explained all of the amenities inside and outside, gaming rooms, hot tub, kitchen very throughly. This was one of the best experiences for a vacation stay we had in a long time. We recommend this anyone who wants a clean property, spacious bedrooms, fun for all age groups. The service from the owner can be matched.

Then I made a mistake, recently and kept my word to rent to a family this past Summer, I Normally wouldn’t have rented to them due to the large size of their group and in the shape they left the place. Despite all we did in preparation and clean up to make sure their stay was perfect and the best experience they would find anywhere just like we did for you and all our rentals They even lied to me, Next thing I discover they tried hustling me by leaving a lousy, 2 star review with nothing but lies . We know why they did this and we will not be extorted so out of nearly 40 reviews we have had something like 37, excellent 5 star reviews one 4 star review but that family really loved the place So I thought that was our lowest review ever. and laughed it off . But the funny thing is the family that arrived the same day as the group trying to hustle me with outright lies was leaving and left a terrible 2 star review with a ton of lies well the same day they left the arriving group shed the light on this attempt at lies and deceit since the arriving family left us a 5 star review and said they had the best time ever and already they made plans to return this Summer which should show new renters what the 2 star review was all about since nothing was different for the two different groups . The lengths some people go to hustle you . Thank you again, Ramesh for shedding the light back on why we have been a favorite on this site for nearly 10 years Now . and will continue to be. I'll settle for the 4 stars since It was unfortunate i tried my best but Jeanna and her wonderful husband and family were under the false assumption that we keep the pool heated and running during thanksgiving in November, which we do not. I felt so bad but hopefully the big outdoor hot tub in the outside solarium room helped to relieve any misconceeptions.. That hot tub in the solarium is like being in the tropics during, spring, fall and winter. We do close the pool end of October every year and open up in early April, but still go year round with all our wonderful indoor entertainment like Direct TV football pass which has every football game being played on a different channel or a multi screen experience with 6 games on one giant screen with TVs and streaming in every bedroom, and outdoor sports; media rooms, a wood burning fireplace with all the free wood any guest could want to burn no extra cost, and pool table room and ping pong room and pinball and atari car driver to give children of all ages a sense of what driving a simulated car is all about with real driver's seat and steering wheel and big action screen; with thrilling arcade action and a multicade with all the classics and a chef's kitchen fully stocked and luxurious bedrooms. and so much more to make every family or group have the best time no matter what time of year. Not as neat as I would have expected.

The property was way too eclectic for our liking. There was no room to hang anything in closets as they were all stuffed with extra comforters, bedspreads, pillows in no particular order. There were ants in the kitchen and two of the bedrooms. The pool area had plenty of seating but everything needed to be cleaned and my daughter-in-law spent an entire morning cleaning all the outdoor furniture and flooring. There was lots of misc stuff stored in the hot tub room. The basement was claustrophobic and the pool housing was awful. You had to go through the bath room to get to a bedroom. There was no place to hang anything up or put in drawers so the kids lived out of their suitcases. It was messy and had dead plants in the entry way. The pictures did show everything and looked okay but I was hoping for a better situation when we arrived. All the window treatments should be replaced and the house as a whole was quite dark. The "gym" room was unacceptable. Not a gym room. The children did enjoy the arcade games. The pool was fun and our family of 18 made the best of it. I will not be renting this house again.

First: if you read the review of the family that arrived the same day Michelle departed, that same Friday writes, "We had a most wonderful time, and thank you so much!!" Now i ask you readers how can one family say the place was not what they expected full of dead plants and the next arrival said it was simply wonderful? and why not write your review as soon as you leave if it was so bad why wait 4 months later until the end of the Summer season so you can put your terrible review up first ahead of all the great 5 star reviews we received? interesting? Some people just don't appreciate when you give them more, much more than any other property.. And moving forward we have just done a complete remodeling, painting, thorough organization as we always do to make us an even better choice for year round family, fun-filled vacations. Please see the most recent reviews in the timeline. We go that extra mile that few if any hosts do making the place even more spectacular with large heated pool, clay tennis court, Bball, beach volleyball, wonderful cleaning service, hot tub, complete chef's kitchen with all new appliances everywhere, pinball, arcade games, pool table, etc.. FTR: on the other vacation rental site: with 43 reviews we are 5 out of 5 stars. When we noticed 3 tiny ants in the kitchen we immediately sprayed and that was the end of that. Also the plants are very much alive. The separate pool house is assessed not through the garage but through the front glass doors of the pool house, just look at the pictures for that one. As for the clean up outside. well, that is the weekend that pollen falls from the trees, as much as we power washed we can't stop pollen falling from trees in June..no one else seemed to mind. FTR: I don't think any place puts as much effort and planning for sports, games and entertainment like we do. Our intention for Michelle and her group and all renters is always to successfully provide all our guests with the most wonderful experience that the family and children will cherish for years to come, telling everyone how wonderful their stay was. And we succeed! And FTR out of 96 reviews thus far 90 of them are 5 out of 5 stars! 5 are 4 stars and her's is the lowest rating we have ever received in 19 Summers now! As you see the latest reviews after her stay give us 5 stars in July and August, Yet Michelle waited 4 months before writing her nasty review. Michelle, take care.

Great house in Westhampton

The house was amazing and was a great time spending with family. There are many activities on site with the pool, jacuzzi, volleyball and tennis courts and the property is secluded enough from neighbors to feel like you are by yourself. The rooms and house are clean and there are plenty of areas to congregate and relax with family or friends. Mark was a great host and made himself available for any questions. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this place to others.

Thank you for an Unforgettable Family Reunion

For our vacation, this property was great based on location and value. We planned our family reunion so we would be located close to relatives, have access to the beautiful towns and beaches as well as be able to “easily” venture into the city for those that had never been to NYC before. We also needed a property that had ground floor bedrooms and amenities that would occupy the wide age range of our group. This property met all those criteria. The owner was extremely responsive through the entire process, responding to questions, providing suggestions regarding local markets and area attractions and clearly wants to make sure his renters are happy during their stay. The property is in a very nice, quiet neighborhood situated back off the street with plenty of trees providing a natural privacy screen from the surrounding homes. It is close to a cute downtown for groceries and window shopping. The living room, kitchen and pool areas are directly connected which allowed lots of easy visiting while also keeping an eye on kids in the pool. The pool area provides sunny and shady areas so you can tan or stay cool pretty much all day. As seen in the photos, the house is well stocked with plenty of things to do, but we were lucky to have a week of great weather and under-utilized the available amenities. You would need to live here for a year to make use of all the games, movies and books that are also available. The WiFi was very reliable and supported all of the devices in use. We give this property 4/5 stars mainly because it is not perfect and that is probably because it is popular and frequently rented. For example, all of the appliances that we used worked well but one fridge has a loose handle and one needs the door closed firmly to ensure a good seal. Over time the kitchen has become well-stocked with utensils, pots and pans and that made it difficult to find things at times. None of this presented issues for us but could for those that expect a “Coastal Living” experience.

First, I would welcome Mary and her family back any time, Mary was a realpleasure to have with her family, however I felt her 4 star review was a bit of a disappointment and i will explain why, But first my apologies to those I said to look for another outstanding 5 star review but instead we only received 4 out of 5 stars. A let down when you are looking for perfection and receive less than that how can we be grateful? This review even lowers our current rating from a 4.7 to a 4.6 ot of 5 stars When i checked in with Mary and she responded 'what a great time everyone is having" and another "wonderful stay' reponse, i practically begged her to submit a review. had I known she would give us only 4 stars i never would have bothered this actual pulls our average down. I would like to ask whoever reviewed us to please google Samsung refrigerator with the pull freezer refrigerator handle for the freezer. It is not broken, The freezer handle needs to be pulled than lifted. Thats how the model is designed! I guess this 'new" model they found solved a problem of making a betterreezer handle being broken. See that is the way it is designed to be lifted so if it seemed loose that is only because it is meant to be lifted and pulled. NOT BROKEN. I imagine to pot less stress on the freezer handle making it a better model and last longer. Further the appliances are brand new. Except for the old refrigerator which we keep, only because it still works, we replaced it with the brand new Samsung over size refrigerator but decided to keep the second refrigerator only because the customized cabintry work was made for the old refrgerator which is perfect for holding beers and whatever since the new oversixed refrigerator can hold anything and everything. Who offers 2 refrigerators? No one. Sure the older smaller refrigerator is only still there because the cabinets were made to fit around the old refrigerator so instead of replaceing the cabintry for about $7k i just decided to keep the old refrigerator even though there is no reason to us it cept for bebers and drinks. I soon plan to replace it when it stops working which could be anytime now, but i follow the descipline that if it aint broken don't fix it...so if this is the reason we received only 4 stars i should take this rating to an arbitrator who will agree that the new oversize freexer door is not loose nor brokern it is made to be pulled and lifted to eliminate stress and make it a better model. Also i would like to point out that on the other major site for rentals over the past 12 months we received 10 out of 10 5 star reviews placing us at 4.99 out of 5 possible stars. microphone down. I even asked that this review be taken down it is an insult to us. receiving only 4 stars. imo...but i harbor nor grudges and would welcome Mary back and her family, but i don't think Mary wrote this review I think she handed it off to someone else since she kept stating she would but was too busy to write a review for us. such is life. peace and out.

Our stay with family in June for my daughters 16 birthday

Such a beautiful place in west Hampton. It had been so long since I’d been to the Hamptons. We decided to have a mellow family getaway with some friends to be together for my daughters 16 th birthday. We couldn’t believe the size of this house. Tucked into a small little community. The kitchen massive to cook in and eat. Outside by the pool eating for 20. The pool was beautiful clean fenced in for those that have small kids. Then directly outside the pool was a small path to the tennis and volleyball courts. Everything was fenced in. For those that love their pets, we had our cattle dog with us and still unsure if he would take off, we didn’t have to worry about that at all. He was completely safe. Not many places, actually I can’t think of any that we had complete piece of mind with our dog. The pool house was a great surprise. My daughter had a few friends come and that was a great area for them. A queen a full and bunk beds! With a full bathroom! Mark was a gratuitous host from the beginning.he answered my emails so quickly. He also called me a few times to ask me if we needed anything and to fill me in on what’s around there. The basement massive with every game u could imagine! I’m telling u this is an amazing place... do not bring any toys floats pots pans nothing! In fact we did all our shopping prior.. no need to there is a Best Market maybe 2.5 miles away? Prices are great! Liquor store, pharmacy 7-11 all on the same block! This is a vacation find that we are already planning our next vacation! Oh yeah he has a cleaning crew that comes in prior to your visit, all sheets everything changed u do not need to bring any of that stuff. Mark thank u so much for being g such a great host! We will be back!!! And we can’t wait!!!! Oh wait the beaches are only a few minkes away as well!!!! Beautiful!!!

Great time for April guys retreat

My cousins and I stayed here this past April. We had a great time playing tennis, beach volleyball, swimming, and relaxing in the hot tube. The house is a 5 minute drive to downtown west hampton dunes. Great place for a large group to relax and soak up some beautiful weather. Each room has a roku and access to netflix or amazon. There is plenty of counter top space and cooking supplies to prepare a gourmet feast

The House and Grounds were Clean, Spacious & Great

Our stay couldn't have been better. My family took a group of our daughters' friends to the house for a few days of luxury lifestyle and fun. The Owner was as nice as could be --available before our stay even started with helpful tips on how to get the best use of all the features at the house. He was available for any texted questions we had and responded within minutes! As for the house and grounds....the pool, hot tub and tennis court were perfect! There's even a pool house with a bathroom so no unnecessary water in the hosue! The girls loved the pool, pool floats, hot tub, tennis courts, arcade games upstairs and ping pong and pool table downstairs. Everyone especially loved having so many bathrooms! We barbecued most meals on the two poolside grills for extra time to play! We even squeezed in a beach visit and some evening time in town before a night swim and spa! Our food and supplies were easily and conveniently delivered by Peapod right into the big kitchen!.. All thumbs up for a great time in Westhampton at this terrific house.

This house was incredible! My family stayed there and we had so much fun inside and house and out! The place was clean and spacious. The host was very attentive and dropped in on us a few times to make sure we had everything we needed. How kind! Overall a very pleasant stay and would recommend!

Our Family Festivus 2017

For many years we were unable to be together for Christmas because three of our six children were in the military at different times and couldn't be home. So - we have 'Festivus' as soon as we can be together. This year we had the pleasure of spending an extended Festivus at Mark's house in West Hampton. We had a wonderful time! The pool table was the biggest hit. We enjoyed looking at all the vintage toys. We couldn't think of one toy that wasn't on display! The children were lost in the toys that were there for play. The kitchen was comfortable and accommodating. We enjoyed cooking - especially breakfast, relaxed in the hot tub, opened our gifts in front of the fireplace and had fun playing pool. The kitchen is fully stocked with every tool (maybe too many tools!). The only regret is that we couldn't make use of the beautiful pool and deck. And, I'm sure the grounds are beautiful when in bloom. We enjoyed identifying all the foliage outside. Mark was very helpful and available for all our questions and needs. Thank you for a wonderful time.

Best Time Ever!

Went away for our 4th annual Multi-family vacation out east. This was the perfect place for us. Enjoyed by kids ranged from age two through 42! The pool and tennis court were a huge hit for all of us. Owner was very accessible to us prior to and during our stay. Couldn't have been better. Super close to town and beach.

Fun Times at a Westhampton funhouse

Just finished a fun weekend with my whole family at the house over the 4th of July weekend. We had a big group - 15 adults+6 kids under 14. The house is unique, with a bit of a carnival atmosphere. It's geared more towards sports and activities, especially for families. Board games, video games, musical instruments, DVDs, streaming media all came in very handy over the 3 nights - impossible not to find something in the house to entertain yourself. The house does feel "lived-in" and that may not be your style if you're looking for a more hotel-style atmosphere. For me, for a family reunion with kids running around, this was actually preferred. The only major negative was that 1 of the bedrooms in the pool house is cramped, so I would say this is a 4.5 star rating. Still, the owner provided a big air mattress, which helped. He was also was very responsive/helpful from start to finish, and that made things much easier for me. I would recommend to anyone with a large group who are looking for a big playpen.

However, for the record your cousin, remarked how beautiful the place and especially the outdoor grounds are. And this is far from our home, and we do not live here, so a 'lived in' feeling is really not the case here, imo. We do have this just set up as a one of a kind vacation fun theme part with sports and all the games, toys, pinball, arcade fun etc....that a kid of any age could wish for, since live is precious and we try to share in the celebtration of life and thats why you choose us. i tried to combine Walt Disney World with Kutschers sports academy / your favorite summer camp as a child with our very own tennis, heated pool and new hot tub with volleyball, badminton, indoor games like ping pong, pool table, most of the vintage toys and board games many parents enjoy paying with their children.. so if going to walt disney world gives you a live in feeling than i have failed...;( But to all my many return renters who get it and have a soul of a child they would not allow me to remove one phenomenal picture or toy for kids to play with and that means kids of all ages. As for the many garden, flowers, pond with spiritual meditave retreat. There truly is something for everyone here! An incredibly versitile and entertaining home for all occasions.

For the second time in four years my friends and I stayed at Mark's beautiful house for three nights during New Years weekend. The house is very spacious, tenchnologically modern, and feels like a home. With a basketball court, tennis court, volley ball court, over 50 board games, video games, a ping pong table, a pool table, hundreds of movies, and an amazing toy museum that is guaranteed to make you nastalgic, it is impossible to get bored in this house. Every room has a television and is equipped with cable and/or netflix. The livingroom sound system was perfect for our New Years Eve countdown celebration. The kitchen is huge and well stocked. The sleeping areas are excellent as the house has three master-sized bedrooms. Mark is a straight shooter, is very easy to work with, and has always been easy to reach. I very much recommend the property and look forward to renting it again in the future.

One of the best vacations ever

We were a group of 15+ friends and family who stayed the week of July 4th in this house. We had a rocking great time. The house has every possible amenity imaginable with enough beds, towels and linen for a group twice our size. The pool and the hot tub were a great hit with our group. We also enjoyed playing tennis on the beautiful clay court. The various arcade games including the 70s era pin ball machine kept the children and even some adults busy. Kitchen was pretty well stocked with condiments, utensils, garbage bags, cutlery and glassware for the evening booze parties. The large island in the kitchen and the awesome entertainment hub in the adjoining living room, complete with apple TV and Netflix, made the evening gatherings fun. Mark is a delightful, gracious and very helpful host and he was just a text message away for any question we might have had. All in all an absolutely amazing vacation. We'd definitely return for a stay here.

Amazing Home!

I stayed at this lovely home with a few friends and had a great time! The home is very spacious with plenty of things to do. We played basketball, tennis, pool, and other games. Even though it rained most of our stay we truly enjoyed the house. We would definitely stay here again.

fun house, you will never get bored!

I celebrated my birthday here with a group of 15+ friends and we had a great time. The house was very easy to find. There is so much to do in the house you will never get bored. We were all impressed with the collection of toys movies and memorabilia as well as a fun ping pong table and pool table in the basement. The arcade games were a nice touch and many of my friends spent hours glued to them. The pool is beautiful! We were so lucky the weather turned out to be hot, sunny, with clear skies during our entire stay. It was nice to have enough chairs to lay out poolside as well as having tables on the deck to just sit and relax. The grill was easy to use and the cooler outside was a plus to keep drinks cool. All the rooms were comfortable and clean and we were really glad there were enough bathrooms to accommodate our entire group. Mark provided us all the information we needed before and during our stay. He was very honest and accommodating throughout the entire experience answering all my questions and making helpful suggestions for our first time in the Hamptons. I would recommend this property to other groups of friends and families looking for a fun but also relaxing getaway.

Mark is Awesome!

This was a very special trip for me as I was proposing to my gf. It was a complete surprise that she has no idea about. When I spoke with Mark he was so supportive of the idea and able to accommodate me any way he possibly could have. We stayed here for 2 weeks with family and friends. People coming and going. The house was spacious, plenty of rooms and a fantastic pool! The tennis court was a big hit along with the game rooms downstairs. Mark you have an awesome property which has something for everyone. I appreciate all that you did and really taking time out to help me and be on board with my proposal. I cannot thank you enough my friend!

Think of our estate as: Luxury hamptons meets Sports resort, meets the Catskills with that campy feeling of sleepaway camp an unbeatable experience for families packed with all the fun and games and SPORTS!!!
