1955 Cottage under the historic League City oaks. This 1227 square foot home provides a great central location with lots of trees and wildlife, yet 5 minutes from Kemah Boardwalk, 5 minutes from Space Center Houston and 30 minutes to Galveston and downtown Houston. The backyard is great for entertaining and relaxing with a large jacuzzi and deck with firepit and smoker. Completely remodeled kitchen is large and outside patio with stamped concrete is a great place to sit and talk. Welcome !

The house was very clean. The Host had great communication, and responded quickly to messages. My family enjoyed our time there and we had plenty of comfortable space. The hot tub was a plus for relaxation. The shower had plenty of hot water, which is very important for our family.

Great Stay

Great place to stay. Very close to Kemah Boardwalk and NASA which we visited. The house was exactly how it was described. The hot tub was a nice plus because we were not looking for a place with one. We had a great time on our visit.

The owner was right there on the property if needed. Gave us absolute privacy although right there. Answered all questions and concerns quickly and very honest and kind. Inside was nicely decorated with all you need and more. It’s only a block or two away from the busyness of the town, yet quiet and peaceful as in the country.

Under the Trees

If you enjoy sitting outside with family and friends, this is the house for you. Big, beautiful shade trees that kept us cool even in July. . Water bottles in the fridge, coffee in the cabinet and spices ready to cook any meal.

Old Town League City is a true gem. It is quiet and uniquely located for enjoyment of all of the local activities and landmarks. It is walkable, close to wedding venues, Space Center Houston and The Boardwalk. Great Wolf Lodge is 5 minutes away as well as Top Golf.

What makes this property unique

The 150+ year old trees and well-maintained jacuzzi. I have enclosed the backyard and have a nice deck with firepit.
